"You want to organize a trip into Winter Rain Mountain?.... Why?".
Arthur smiled at the Lecture Hall Elder before nodding.
"I know it may seem early, especially since it is usually up to the Fae Master to decide whether or not they want to become a patrol member or just guard the Village Gate, but I think it'll be good for this generation, to get some.... experience in regards to taking a life".
The Elder opened his mouth for a moment before nodding slowly.
This particular generation of Fae Masters would more than likely be powerhouses of the next generation.
Arthur, Borik, Ratimir and Alina were all second-generation young Masters and Mistresses who had the backing of Elders behind them. Even if they didn't all possess second-tier talents, it was still possible for them to reach the peak of Rank 2, with their grandparents influence.
All of these four were going to become strong members of the Clan, even if they didn't reach Rank 3 and become Elders themselves.
Ratimir was a first-tier talent, like Dominic, the first born son of the Clan Leader. His future was pretty much guaranteed to lead him to Rank 3, so long as nothing happened to him, and he continued his cultivation diligently.
While Andrea was....
She possessed the Boundless Forest Yearning Sovereign Boundary Physique. Her future was practically limitless.
The Lecture Hall Elder nodded for a moment before patting Arthur on the shoulder.
"I'll discuss this with the Clan Leader, as well as some of the other Elders. Going out for a hunt and teaching this young adults about the nature of taking a life will be a good thing for them in the future. I'll see what I can do Arthur".
Arthur nodded, giving the Lecture Hall Elder a small bow.
"Thank you Elder".
Arthur left the Lecture Hall quickly after giving this suggestion.
He couldn't leave the Village safely, especially since someone was watching him. That meant he couldn't check on the little "seeds" he had planted in the outskirts of the Kovacs' Clan territory.
Some of the "seeds" he needed were important, seeing as though they related to the Boundless Forest Yearning Sovereign Boundary Physique, but some would be used to increase his wealth, in addition to his overall strength.
He couldn't use "that" yet either, seeing as though there was no safe opportunity to leave the Village without being noticed.
"That" wasn't related to the Boundless Forest Yearning, but still could be used in the future.
Arthur smiled as he exited the Lecture Hall, feeling a strangely hot gaze on his body, causing his smile to instantly vanish.
Stopping in the middle of the street, Arthur gazed left and right before turning towards the Clan Leaders residence, feeling the gaze follow him.
The moment he stepped within the boundary of the Clan Leaders residence, the gaze stopped and Arthur narrowed his eyes further.
'What an annoying little fly', he thought to himself.
Arthur head towards his father's office, knocking gently before he opened the door.
"Father, are you busy right-".
Niklos was currently standing off to the side, his face slightly red as he turned with a queer expression on his face.
Arthur narrowed his eyes at his Father's strange appearance, and took in a deep breath to say something but just closed the door before he could say anything.
Arthur's eyes glanced around the room just as he closed the door, and he could see a pair of female undergarments beside his Father's desk, only partially visible from Arthur's position.
His mother was currently looking after Ivan and Ivanka so....
Arthur rolled his eyes before returning to his room.
His Father was both the Clan Leader of the Kovacs Clan and the protector of Parachenko Village. He was handsome in his youth and possessed an air of maturity that only both a father and married man could possess.
His physique was tall and strong, and his slightly rugged expression seemed to attract those of all ages.
And so long as he didn't get anyone pregnant, his mother wouldn't say a word about it.
Arthur smiled.
"He's still a man after all. I suppose most people still possess that sort of desire".
Arthur himself possessed the body and vigour of a young man in his teens, and understood where his Father was coming from. However-.
After a thousand years, and countless partners and children, the notion of "family" grew.... boring for Arthur.
He could pick and choose whichever beautiful young woman to mate with, and give them as many children, or as little children as he liked. A thousand years of lifespan changed how a person viewed the world, and once a person became a Fae Immortal, they would truly understand the insignificance of raising a mortal Clan.
The children between a Fae Immortal and a Rank 5 Fae Master still had a 90% chance of never crossing the boundary between Rank 5 and Rank 6.
Those children of two Fae Immortals had about a 20% chance of crossing that boundary.
And that was being generous.
It wasn't so much that the members of the Kovacs Clan were ignorant of the wider world, it was just that they were so small, that they would never receive the chance to awaken themselves from this childish dream.
A Fae Master, no matter how powerful they claimed to be, could never defeat a Fae Immortal. That was a law that not even a future Rank 9 Fae Immortal could defeat.
Those individuals that became Rank 9, even in their youth possessed the strength to overcome the boundary between realms. Defeating Rank 4 Fae Masters as a Rank 3, or defeating Rank 5 as a Rank 4.
But it was a universal rule, that in a one on one fight, without any sort of underhanded tricks, the gap between Rank 5 and Rank 6, was larger than the gap between the Heavens and the Earth.
'And this fly.... this ingrate who keeps watching me. Will inevitably learn of the difference between him and I. Trying to find my weaknesses from the shadows? Watching me like some sort of voyeur? If I don't absolutely annihilate everything about you, I wouldn't be worthy of my title as Bone Shadow Immortal!'.
Disgust flashed within Arthur's eyes.
It was time for this "senior" to teach his "junior" about how to really use underhanded tactics.
