Kevin turns towards the door, shards of wood shatter and crack as the Trojan batters its claws against it. "RWAAAARR!!" it cries in a high-pitched scream, rapidly chomping its large scaled snout onto a splintered gap, making it wider and wider. It sticks its elongated nose through, glaring multiple layers of razor-sharp teeth, all neatly packed into a red flesh mouth, highlighted by a continuous growth of horns rising up either side of its snout. Aimee jumps back, startled by the beast's lizard like features! "Why is it covered in scales… and horns!!" She screams out. Kevin turns towards it, "SH*T! Lukz must have thought of something like this while he was in his lucid dream? Now, it's in our world… and I have no idea how we're gonna stop it?" Kevin replies, smashing his hand down on Lukz's bed. "Why!! Why can't you do anything right!!" He screams into Lukz's statues face. Aimee grabs his hand, squeezing it tight. "Kevin, calm down. He would never put us in danger if he could help it!?" She says, pulling a comforting grin.
Kevin nods, "No. Your right." He replies reluctantly, still staring at Lukz! *Crack!* Aimee turns to see the red eyed beast scrambling its way through the butchered door, sticking through a spiny arm with a group of five cut-throat sharp talons attached to it. Clambering through the open gap, it erratically reaches towards Aimee and Kevin.
"AHHHHH!" She screams with fear, as the demon comes barrelling in, blasting all three of them with splinters of wood. They stand, stunned.
The Trojan rises up, reaching nearly 10ft tall as it stands up on a pair of gangly back legs. As it flails out its arms, one reveals a spine covered wing expanding from its back, scarred and tattered as if it has been fighting within a battlefield. However, its other wing hangs half decapitated, leaking a thick black ash from its open wound. Also, one of its legs appears to be burnt black, with its scales flaking away. Snarling a sinister glare towards Kevin, it grins some jagged yellow fangs, clinching its crippled talons towards him. Suddenly, the scaled beast arches its horn covered head towards him, bending its knees to launch itself through the air!
"NOOO!!" Aimee screams, reaching out her hand as she bounds sideways, forcing her body in front of Kevin's. Her body gets impaled by one of its horns, causing her to gasp for air as the Trojan instantly flings her across the room, smashing her into the metal cleaning basin! Her body crumples against it, crushing its front while slitting a water pipe loose, causing it to flail around the room, spraying everyone in a cold damp mist.
"Aimee!!" Kevin bellows out, as he watches her body lay slumped and motionless on the floor, bleeding profusely from her punctured side. He snarls his face with pure rage, flipping his jacket out at the hip, he whips his gun from its holster as he grabs Lukz's leg, shaking his body, "Wake up you BAS**RD!!" he howls out while pulling the trigger! *BANG, BANG, BANG!*
"RWAAAAAAAAAAR!" The Trojan thrashes backwards as blood spirts from its chest! Each bullet lands a direct hit, piercing the Trojans hollow skin. Kevin looks down to his hand, still holding onto Lukz's leg, "OW MY!! I CAN HURT THEM!!" He says, amazed!
Pulling an evil grin, Kevin empty's his mag into the one-winged beast! *BANG, BANG, BANG,BANG,BANG!!* "HAHAHAHHAH!! DIIIIIIIEEE!!" He yells at the top of his voice! The Trojan flings side to side, being pounded by each bullet as it seeps through it's thick, dark, scale covered skin!
"RWAAAAAR!!" it cries in agony, hooking its claws into the metal filing cabinet which is still wedged against the door. The Trojan tosses its arms over its head, lifting the cabinet with ease to thrash it towards Kevin.
"SH*T!" He shouts, diving to his side with his gun hand still pointed towards the beast.
*BOOOM!* The cabinet clatters Kevin's arm, "AHHHHH!" he wails in pain as the metal box slams to the floor, trapping his arm underneath it.
"RWAAAAR!!" The Trojan screams again, as it charges its black, blood-soaked body back towards him, sinking both its clawed hands into either side of his stomach.
"AHHHHHHHHHH!" he cries out in agony, spitting blood from his mouth!
"NOOO!" Darcie calls as she quickly runs around Lukz's bed, ripping a pair of blades from his belt! She flips both around to hold their sharp ends, but her blood-soaked hand coats one of its shiny surfaces with a thick layer of blood.
The Trojan snaps its gaze towards her, "RWAAAAAAR!!" It squawks out, ripping one of its hands from Kevin's side, causing him to flinch and squeal in pain! "AHHHHHHH!"
The demon batters the cabinet away, sending it flying towards her. She dives down, letting it smash Lukz off the hospital bed, knocking him to the floor. The beast clasps Kevin tight, yanking him off the ground as his movement falls still and screams cease, he now lays limp in the Trojans grasp with blood seeping from his side. It snaps it's gaze away from Darcie, then quickly charges towards the half-butchered door!
"NOOOOO!" She shrieks, flinging both blades towards the Trojans back. They soar through the air, splitting through darkness until the blood coated blade hurtles straight through the Trojan's good wing, ripping a giant hole within it, while the clean one passes through without leaving a scratch!
"RWARAAAR!!" It howls out, as a black ooze spirts from another wound! Her eye's burst open with realisation, so she instantly gabs another couple of blades from Lukz's belt, covering them both in her blood too Immediately launch them across the room, wedging them straight into the Trojans charred leg!
"RWAAAR!" It calls out again, blasting through the broken doorway as well as clattering through a hallways glass panel, causing it to tumble towards the floor! "KEVIN!!!" Darcie screeches, as she fumbles around with Lukz's trousers, ripping another blade from his belt! She rushes forward, charging towards the hallway! Peering over its edge, she looks downstairs to only see a shattered panel of glass , crumbled amongst her cobble stone effect, marble floor. She pants with fear while frantically looking around, "NOOO!" She howls, quickly looking back through the empty doorway, noticing Aimee bleeding to death. Her eye's burst open as she falls to her knee's, "LUKZ!!!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!!!" she cries desperately.
Water begins to gather around the floor, spirting from the split pipe as it flails all over the place, drenching everything within the room. Darcie drops Lukz's blade to her side, submerging it in the already rising water levels, her blood flows within a waterfall which topples over the hallways edge. She hesitantly turns towards Lukz, only to see him laying crumpled on the floor, motionless. "WHY! WHY WON'T YOU WAKE UP!" She howls, adverting her gaze towards Aimee, noticing her long ginger locks drape over her petite face and rosy red lips. Darcie slowly crawls over to her, trying to hold back her tears,
"Aimee.", she asks softly, "Aimee, please speak to me!" She adds, choking back more tears. Darcie leans towards her, gently placing her soft body into her lap. Looking down towards her perfectly freckled cheeks, she hesitantly presses her fingers onto her neck. Her eyes begin to swell with grief, she takes a short, sharp breath, then clinches it tight in her mouth.
"She's dead." She says in torturing pain, as tears flood down her supple bronzed cheeks. She raps Aimee tight within her arms as she bawls out, flooding her tears over Aimee's already soaked body! "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" She cries into the emptiness surrounding her, when some hallway lights suddenly flash on!
Quickly looking around the room, everything appears destroyed! Lukz lays still upon its laminate surface, as water begins to continuously soak his body. Darcie drags Aimee over to the fallen hospital bed, she gently places her down while lifting it up, followed by placing her on it, then kneels next to Lukz!
"WAKE UP YOU BAS**RD!! WAKE UP!!!" She cries out while smashing onto his broad chest! "Please Lukz, please wake up! You need to save Kevin!!" she adds, with tears streaming down her face. Suddenly, she stops, as her hand pulsates with Lukz's chest.
*Thud.....Thud. Thud.... Thud. Thud, Thud, THUD, THUD.* Lukz's heart begins to beat faster than usual, Darcie pulls her hands away while watching the water start to gather around his body, soaking his fur jacket and crystal blond hair. She quickly looks up towards Lukz's monitor and clicks it on. Lights immediately begin to flash rapidly, it shows his heart rate leaping up in numbers,
"sixty-two, seventy-four, eighty one!" Darcie lightly murmurs, "He's going into cardiac arrest!!" She shouts! All at once, *BEEEEEEEEEEEEP!* Calls out from the machine. "NOOOO!!!" She screams out, stumbling to her feet while accidently knocking the monitor over!
*Crassssh!* It begins to spark and crackle on the floor, causing small pulses of electricity to run through the snaking water. She quickly leaps onto the hospital bed as an electrical surge rushes through the water, spiralling towards Lukz's body! Sparks catapult around the room, blasting everywhere as they ripple through Lukz's skin! Darcie shields herself and Aimee, using her arms to cover them both! His body starts to shudder upon the floor, as the electricity gushes through his skin, emitting a rich yellow haze as it continuously swims through the water and around the room! His scars start to illuminate with a pulsing white light, shimmering like a firework display as it glows throughout the subtly lit room. "LUKZ!!!!" Darcie screams as a ball of white light begins to cloud the entire house, *FLASH!*. Everything falls dark, the power completely shuts off again. Darcie peels her eyes open to see Lukz's body laying still, yet steaming with a blistering heat as it falls back to his pale white skin. She squints her eyes, adapting them to the darkness, trying to see him more clearly. Shuffling forwards, she leans over the hospital bed to see his face lit up with a humongous smile!
"AHHHHHHHH!!" Lukz screams out, as he flips up to his feet! His eyes sparkle with colour, they beam a bright red and blue glowing light when he tilts his head to the side, confused, then quickly looks to his hands, noticing too small red dots.
"YEEEES!! I'M AWAKE!!" He cries out, quickly spinning around to see a completely sodden Darcie, holding Aimee tight within her arms.
*GASP!*, he instantly rushes over, grabbing them both. Effortlessly picking them up, he covers them both in kisses.
"I'M ALIVE!!" he bellows out! As he pulls back, shortly noticing Darcie's arm seeping blood onto Aimee's motionless body. He falls silent, quickly darting his eyes around the completely trashed medical room! He scowls his face with shock, "Wha! What happened!!" He asks, desperately!
Darcie stays stunned, ���Wha… Where…. How…." She mumbles.
"Darcie! What's happened!" He roars, reaching towards Aimee's lifeless body.
Her eye's fill with tears, "She's… Gone." She squeaks.
"WHAAAAAT! Ow no. AIMEEE!!!" He cries, wrapping her in his arms, "What the hell! Where's Kevin!" He instantly adds.
Darcie slowly shakes her head, "A.. a.. a Trojan, took him." She stutters.
Lukz's eyes flare open, "WHAT! Where!" He screams, charging out the room, "KEVIN…. KEVIN!" He wails, staring over the smashed glass barrier.
"Lukz! He's gone!" She shrieks!
He spins back around, "SH*T, this can't be right! I found Don… he told me.. He told me, I need to go home?" He babbles.
"What?" Darcie replies, confused!
Lukz shakes with anger, "AHH. I don't know! In my head, I saw Don. He screamed out, go home. Over and Over… then boom, I'm awake!" he replies, baffled?
"Home? What, as in wake up.. or your flat?" She asks, still holding onto Aimee's body.
"Ahhh, I don't know! Maybe?" he says, unsure.
"What! That doesn't make sense? Plus, where did you see Don?" She asks, concerned.
Lukz paces up and down, "Okay, this is going to sound a little crazy? But, when I was in the Lucid dream, I went through this small doorway, which led me to an opaque hovering path. It glided over the top of these humongous glass boxes, all featuring different eras of the world's past, and present? Each one had thousands upon thousands of people, animals, anything living, lined up within them. But, only I could walk over it all? I was the only one to be free? Yet, within that abyss, was Don. He was screaming at me… GO HOME, over and over! I don't understand why?" Lukz replies, baffled.
Darcie scratches her head, "Wow, that's absurd? So, people who were living hundreds of years ago, were just, waiting in a que?" She replies, astonished.
Lukz nods, "Yeah, I think so?"
Darcie continues, "Plus, Don said go home? So, what about your old home? Where all this started? Maybe Kevin got taken there?" She asks
Lukz smiles, "OW MY GOD! Darcie, you genius!! Of course!!" He blurts out, quickly slapping his trousers, feeling for his car keys.
She frowns towards him, "Hold on! This Trojan which took Kevin was brutal! It was immensely strong and looked like a human shaped dragon!"
Lukz's mouth drops, "Wait.. Dragon?" He repeats.
Darcie nods, "Yes!"
His eye's flare open, "I..I.. I fort a Dragon, within my dream. Did it have horns, dotted…"
"Up it's nostrils and curl at the top of it's head. Yes!" Darcie finishes his sentence.
Lukz stands, shocked. Followed by immediately gritting his teeth, then clinching his fists together cracking his knuckles, "DAHM IT!! I'M GONNA DESTROY THIS BEAST!" He cries out!
Darcie gently grabs onto his arm, "Please, please be careful!" She asks, sincerely.
His expression of rage quickly softens, "Of course I will. But what about Aimee." He says, sadly.
Darcie strokes her ginger locks, "it's okay, I will take care of her. Plus, I will try and find out what I can about this place you saw Don?" She replies, calmly.
"Okay." He says, slowly backing away.
"Lukz. Just quickly." She murmurs.
He stops, then replies, weakly, "Yes."
"I'M PREGNANT!!! SO, DON'T YOU DARE GO AND DIEEE!!!!" She yelps out!
Lukz's face drops as his eyes burst open, "You are! AHHHHH! That's amazing!!" he replies, smothering her with an immensely passionate kiss, connecting their lips together as if they were one. He pulls away, leaving her stunned, "I will be back, but keep your phone on loud! Just in case!" He yelps out, taring downstairs and out the front door. Darcie lightly shakes her head, woefully looking towards Aimee, "Don't worry, he'll get Kevin back." She says, proudly.
