"Hey Old man! are you trying to kill me?"
"Of course not, lad. I knew you will dodge it" Arnold said nonchalantly without regretting his actions.
"And what if, I didn't dodge? " Ace glared at him.
"Well, That's your fault..... not mine!" A grin passed at Arnold's face, making Andre grind his teeth annoyance.
'tch. What an unreasonable old man'
Andre spat out in his mind. Then he took a deep breath, shook his head, and asked Arnold with excitement.
"By the way, Old man, What the what was that back then? That swordwave and that thing I hit earlier?"
"Hoh? are you interested?"
"Of course! I've never seen something like those before? Are they magic?"
Andre's eyes brimmed in excitement, waiting for Arnold's answer.
"I thought you might know this one already because you were using it. As you know, the move I use was made of Ki"
Expression of amazement and confusion rose through out Andre's face. Ki, based on what he read, was an energy that circulating in the body and strengthened the body for a period of time but the moves the Arnold did was unheard of.
Naturally, Andre became interested and urged the Arnold to tell him everything.
"Is that a variation of Ki?"
"Nope, It's not variation but instead it is the application of Ki, lad"
Arnold shook his head, denying Andre's idea.
"Isn't Ki an energy inside the body? how did you ....." Ace interrupted his own question when a sudden insight entered to his mind.
'No that's not it, even if it's inside the body there's no such rule that you can't manifest it outside. Ki blast, Haki, Nen, If you think about it, the application of ki was already present back to earth, it just that I focused too much on the meaning inside the book. that's why it narrowed my sight and couldn't see the whole image of it'
"It seems like you realized something, Lad"
"Yes, I just realized something. Based on what I experienced in your attacks, You used Ki outside your body, right?"
"That's correct, lad! What I did earlier is called Ki Manifestation, the advancement of Ki manipulation. As you know, Ki is a dormant energy inside every living beings. If mana is called mental energy then Ki is called life energy or spiritual energy. They are both the same but also different... Mana can change appearance, for example, if you use mana you can create fire. It's like you are spending mana as a source then creating something else base on one's affinity. Meanwhile, Ki can only change it's shape base on the user imagination, here's a demonstration, lad. Try to focus your ki in your eyes" Arnold raised his right hand, focusing his Ki into it.
Andre did what Arnold instructed and gathered some of his ki in his eyes. What he saw was beyond amazing, Ki gathered around Arnold's hand, forming a pointy blade.
"Can you see it, lad?
"Yes, So this is what Ki looks like!" Andre gasped in amazement.
"This is called Forming, one of the four types of Ki Manifestation. It let the ki change it's form base on the users will. It can strengthen the defense or attack of the user. Like this!" Arnold wave his hand and gashed the nearby tree like it was paper. A deep cut appeared in the tree's bark.
"What the! You didn't even touch the tree but you leave such deep cut into it" Andre exclaimed, seeing the deep cut.
"That's one of the perks of this skill, You can trick your enemies sense of distance" Arnold pointed out.
"The second one is Releasing, it allows the user to detach his Ki and control it just like the swordwave I performed before."
" The third one is Coating, it allows the user to transfer Ki to animate or inanimate objects and consolidating it, making it harder and sharper. I've tried to learn it but I failed everytime but they said it's the combination of Forming and Releasing"
"The last one is the most difficult which is Sensing, It allows the user to sense presence wide range. I don't really have any idea about this one" Arnold elucidated everything without hiding anything.
"T-That's amazing! Hey old man can you teach me? Please I beg you" Andre pleaded with stars in his eyes. Arnold was surprise to the lad's enthusiasm.
"O-okay, Step back I will show it to you again" Andre stepped back under Arnold's Instruction. Arnold then raised the wooden sword up in the air. It was leaning a bit back above his head and his lower body was slightly bent. Arnold took a deep breath then swung his sword downwards creating a loud swishing sound.
A sword wave flew out from the sword, this time its more powerful than before.

Couple of trees fell down from the strike.
"Okay that's how you do it. I might put too much strength to that one but I hope you realized something. Okay, Its time for me to go. Good luck, Lad!" Arnold walked away, placing the blade of the wooden sword on his shoulder while waving goodbye.
Andre stood there, dumbfounded.
"Hey! Old man, that's it? How can I learn something from that? At least tell me the steps or the basic of the skill?!" Ace shouted, trying to get Arnold's attention.
"Idiot, If I spoofed all things to you, your mind will get dull and your foundation will crumble. I already showed it to you and you also experienced it yourself so I have nothing to teach you anymore. Use your brain and not your mouth" Arnold answered back waving at Andre. His silhouette disappeared leaving Andre in disdain.
"damn Old man, How am I supposed to learn something from that." Andre cursed in the air. after a while, he sighed, realizing there's nothing he could do about it.
'Well there's nothing we can do about it . Let's just remember every detail that Old man demonstrated and said" He sat in a cross-legged position, trying to remember everything.
