Gary followed Barry through the corridors as he half-heartedly gave Gary the tour. This time however, Gary was actually paying attention to his guide instead of daydreaming like last time.
When they got to the dorms Barry checked the list he'd been given from the headteacher. It was a big document which had a list of everyone's dorms on it for safety precautions. As he unfolded it, he mumbled something to himself that Gary didn't quite catch.
"Okay looks like you'll be in... B6?!" Barry exclaimed suddenly, then he groaned and held his head. Gary stared at him quizzically, wondering what the problem was. "Of course the head put, you, in my dorm..." he groaned again but carried on walking anyway.
When they finally arrived at B6, Barry started to explain things again. "The girls dorms are the odd numbers on the right of the corridor, we're not really allowed to sleep with them at school, but most of us do anyway." He grumpily informed. Then he left Gary to unpack and prepare for his first class.
Gary wondered what dorm The Girl was in, he wanted to talk to her as quickly as possible. He just wanted to make his first friend already. Barry hadn't seemed very nice earlier, calling him a loser and all so he had decided that he was a lost cause.
After Gary had finished unpacking his belongings he headed back downstairs to the assembly hall for his first school assembly. The school was a lot smaller than his last one, so it was much easier to navigate.
He slipped inside the hall and sat down by himself excited for the assembly. There was an argument at the back of the hall and he turned around. That was when her saw... Her.
