Rainbow pulled her small suitcase downstairs and into the hall, everyone was waiting there and talking to their friends. She leant against the wall on her own, having no friends who wanted to talk to her.
A couple minutes passed and Bradley decided she needed to be aggravated. He walked over to her, he was one of the weird ones, it seemed like he could fit into every social group at the same time. He was friends with almost everyone. Almost. He was Barry's best friend as far as she knew and that meant he loved to annoy her.
"Hey RB!" He greeted running a hand through his floppy blond hair. Like all the jocks, he was very athletic and was probably the second hottest guy in school. She frowned as he came closer.
"What do you want?" She grumbled in response. She didn't want to deal with Barry's slackies right now.
He frowned at her response. "I was just coming to say hi," He answered, "By the way... are you still doing the cute thing where you beg us to take you home with us?" He asked, Rainbow sighed. So that was what he wanted. He could never be straight forward could he?
"No." She responded "At least not to you." In an attempt to stay away from home Rainbow usually asked her friends if she could stay over for a while. Anything was better than going home. The guys however normally used this to their advantage. Being the only virgin definitely had its down sides.
He smirked. "Hey everyone! Adopt a Rainbow is back on!" He yelled. That was what they called it 'Adopt A Rainbow'. She sighed, wishing she could just become one with the wall as everyone in the hall turned to look at her. She was so embarrassed.
