Rainbow watched as Barry crept over to the fountain. She couldn't steal. Those were wishes from smaller children. The drinking, fine, The dating, fine but stealing? That was on another level and yet there was a small voice telling her to do it. Barry waved her over. She walked over to the crowd and they let her to the front since she looked twelve. She stared at the fountain, it had loads of intricate carvings all over it and the water was so clear you could see the bottom of the fountain. It was beautiful, she thought. She'd never paid much attention to it before.
Then she felt someone yanking her hand. She turned around to Barry's angry face. He hit her over the head and pulled her away from the crowd.
"What was that?!" Barry demanded. Rainbow looked at the floor. She looked like a kicked puppy. He sighed. I only managed to get about a pound eighty so you're not getting a milkshake." He told her.
"This is so wrong." She started but he wasn't listening to her. Not anymore. She pulled her hand out of his grip. "I'm going back." She stated. He sighed and rolled his eyes.
"You're no fun!" He shouted as she walked away. He smiled as she hugged herself, her self esteem once again crushed by him. "Idiot." He whispered under his breath.
