Chapter 63 - (Chapter 63) The Return Of The Second Heir 14

"Is there anything you need sir?" The staff inside the salon couldn't keep their eyes off Stella.

Stella gave a warm smile, "There will be nothing for me, I'm waiting for my guest." Stella made the woman who was talking to her blush slightly.

"I understand, do you want to set up a room for your guest?" The staff member asked, wondering who the lucky person was...

Stella nodded. "Yes please, make sure to set up the best manicure and hairstyling for my date." Stella started to walk toward the reception desk.

After receiving a VVIP room, Stella took the liberty to relax, just waiting for the arrival of her date...

...........

*Knock* *Knock* Stella smiled as she opened her eyes. "Come in."

The door opened, revealing the surprised look of Emily...

"Please enjoy your time, the stylist will arrive in a minute." The staff member took one peek at Emily and Stella...

*Sigh* 'If only my boyfriend was half as considerate as him.'

All the staff members eventually learned of Stella's identity, they all wanted to converse with him but learned that the man preferred the quiet. Hence they didn't have the opportunity to get into his good books...

The door closed, just leaving Emily and Stella for now...

*Sigh* Emily rubbed her forehead in frustration. "Why did you call me to have my hair done?"

Emily was confused when she went to Guillard Entertainment and wasn't met with Stella, then being told to meet him at the best salon in town? What was the man up to?

"Haha, there should be no reason why I can't treat you to a present right?" Stella gave a light smile, as she signaled Emily to sit down.

If Emily wasn't the top socialite in the country, she would misunderstand Stella as he wanting to court her. But she wasn't stupid, she was incredibly smart and knew that this man felt no feelings for her...

"I guess there shouldn't be." But Stella was right, there should be no reason to make Emily feel good about herself...

Emily took a seat and then remembered something. "Considering that you are close to Mou, I would suppose that you would be going to the wedding that the Fude family are having?" Emily asked out of interest.

Stella leaned back into the sofa, she was impressed with how smart Emily could be...

"Indeed I am, having Mou as a friend is quite helpful sometimes." Stella gave her a full smile.

Emily shook her head. If having the most powerful businessman in the country was quite helpful then that makes others less than useful...

The door then opened, breaking Emily's thoughts. "Excuse me, if Miss Pold is ready then would you like to come to the room next door please." The member of staff was polite, but not boot-licking as she would normally, it didn't work before, so why would it now?

Emily stood up. "Then I will take you up on your offer." Emily gave a bright smile, along with her eyes flashing she looked beautiful already...

Stella watched Emily accept her offer and walk to the next room over.

After a couple of hours of sitting around, Stella received a call on her phone.

"Hello." She responded.

"Miss, the Old Madam is currently in ill health, she is requesting to see you." Vi's calm voice came through the phone.

Stella lightly frowned. "Ill health? That is unlikely." Stella gave her opinion without much care.

On the other side, Vi felt like giving up. "Miss... The Old Madam has recently written out her will, she requested to be able to see you one last time before she dies." Vi tried to reason with Stella.

Stella didn't say anything, making Vi feel extremely nervous on the other side...

The door to the private room then suddenly opened. Making Stella raise her eyebrows as she gave her final words. "Tell the Old Madam that I will think about it this time." She hung up and focused her attention on the woman who just walked in.

"You still didn't tell me why you are treating me to this." Emily stated, she heard Stella's side of that phone call through the door, but after a long period of silence she thought Stella was finished...

Now it was a bit awkward.

Stella nodded after looking at Emily. "You now look gorgeous." Stella stood up.

She wasn't lying, the stylist was given some instructions by Stella to make her stand out, her hair was long and wavy, making many women jealous at how she could maintain her hair, after styling it to be a conservative style, she then gave Emily a manicure.

"Huf, be quiet, womanizer." Emily huffed, but she kept a smile. It was clear she was quite happy with her treatment...

Stella sorted out her cufflinks on the suit she was wearing then started to walk over to the door. "Come along now, there isn't a lot of time left." Her words made Emily baffled.

Emily was surprised to see Stella's assistant waiting outside with a black Roll Royce by her side...

Stella took a glance at Emily. 'Indeed, her eyes are bottomless.' Stella took the liberty to make the focus on Emily's eyes with her hair... It paid off.

"Miss Pold, please come in." Di opened the door for both Stella and Emily.

Stella chuckled. "Ladies first." Stella was gentlemanly, nothing strange going on...

Emily was wondering if this was a date or not. But when she got in she was met with quite the shock...

Her eyes diluted. "Mou? Cerim?" She didn't expect anything like this.

Cerim burst out laughing. "You should have seen your face Emily. I know that Stella can act like a playboy but he wouldn't put you on a date." Cerim was laughing so much his tears were falling on his cheeks.

After seeing Nio getting bullied by Emily for all these years, Cerim also started to join Nio's side, it was funny seeing the woman who was merciless growing up look so baffled...

Emily frowned. She heard the door close and Stella sit beside her, as Stella's assistant was left outside... "So what is going on?" She asked, it was rare to see Cerim drive his car...

Stella took her seat and took a cold glance to Di outside, she seemed to understand what Stella meant and nodded. Slowly walking into the shadows...

"Nothing special, first of all we need to get you dressed more appropriately..." Cerim mysteriously responded as he started to drive.
