A cyan greaves slid through her slender yet firm shin. Her slender and long finger slid through the glove of her cyan armlet. Her brown hair still dripping dews to the back of her cyan breastplate, fresh and moist, as she combed it to the back of her head to her nape using the spaces between her fingers, leaving the rest of the hair disheveled.
Ms. Castle opened her inventory window and looked at the armor and attack rating just below the equipment and above the inventory slots. Her armor rating is just astronomical, well, she has the highest level in both heavy armor and shield above everyone else, nothing can truly hurt her even if they tried. She has been the main tank of the legendary group; the crowd controller, the one who defines the pace of battle. With the additional bonuses from her class which is Defender and her title which is the Fortress of Florence, she is considered a castle herself with how much defense she can provide.
She could only smile and nod in satisfaction as she stood up from the bed that she was sitting on and took her massive cyan shield and placed it hanging on her back. One might think how much kilogram she is carrying yet she moves her heavy armor and shield like your everyday normal clothes.
She walked outside and saw a bustling fishermen and vendors wearing white turban and white straight gown negotiating in the docks, a Black Wing Seagull flying above head squeaking here and there. She stretched her body as she arched to the back before continuing onward down the Black Beard ship where Mr. Gustav is waiting.
Scryhm is a desert continent with rich source in oil and refinery, they are the main source of oil, making them a very rich continent. The outskirts is not too barren and has rich soil used for farming. The capital of Scryhm, Krom, is found also at the outskirts. The castle of the Monarch is found in the center of Krom.
The capital Krom is heavily guarded along with the machines of Auriel occasional roaming the outer parts of the city.
Ms. Castle and Mr. Gustav walked along the main pathways. As a capital of the city, streets are bustling with business, restaurants and people patronizing these products. You can hear an occasional gossips and graps on the side and in some establishment. What would you expect? Two legends are casually strolling on the main pathway. It is already exciting but the sight turned more exciting when two more legends approached them.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't the booknerd and the metalhead nut!" Mr. Gustav grinned,
"Well. Well. Well. If it isn't the greedy bastard and the hot headed helmet." A long bearded guy with crazy steampunk goggles on his forehead and crazily designed steampunk clothing said, his body looked like he is fat but every inch of it is pure and refined muscles,
"Ahhhhh!" The two sighed in unison as the two hugged. Their bulky mucles pinned each other.
The other one with long red straight hair as if a model of a shampoo commercial and long red straight robe hugged Ms. Castle tightly.
"Xen. It has been long. How are you?" Ms. Castle sain in longing,
"I am fine Shei. How about you? I heard you have a child. I thought you didn't want to marry." He said as he let go of her,
"I am pretty good. Yes! I do have a child, adobted but he is my child." She replied,
"Sheila!" The bearded bald guy shouted as he approached Sheila and hugged her tighly,
"Auriel." She returned his hug,
"After the meeting of the kings, come to my place. Little Auriel Junior begged me to see his godparents." He announced to everyone proudly,
Everyone nodded in agreement and started sharing conversation during their recent life, they frolic in happiness just shows their long and lasting friendship. The four experience life and death together so it will be no doubt that their closeness is like brothers and sisters.
Onlookers could not grasp at the sight as they bust out their cameras and took pictures left and right. As public figures, they are used to getting pictures and authographs. A few would approached them and asked a picture and authograph to their idols.
The four walked to the direction of Auriel's Moving machine as they waved goodbyes to the crowd and rode towards the castle of the Monarch.
Krom may already be bustling but it became more bustle as all the kings of the six main continents would visit the city to attend the meetings as well as the legends who are invited to the meeting. Figurines and mask of the legends are sold on the side vendors and in some small dry businesses.
The sound of pipe constantly reverberates inside as smoke ooze out of the pipe. Ms. Castle looked out from the window.
"This is for the best right? I... I just couldn't get over the fact that Will, that scaredy cat, that very honest guy, would do such an evil act." Mr. Xen exclaimed as he places his hand on his temple,
"An evil act is still an evil act. We have to put him in justice. He is already a global threat. Even if he is our friend but we cannot be too biased and be blinded to the truth." Mr. Gustav firmly said,
"Atleast Aury here immediately made counter measures." Mr. Xen smiled wryly,
"Hmm? Oh. I was just making as much machine as I can. I was bored doing nothing so I just made thousands of them for Auriel Junior's toys. He will be a fine mechanic, I can feel it. Then the Monarch just asked me if I could use Auriel Junior's toys to protect the continent. I just shrugged like sure but not like I care. hahahahah." Mr. Auriel just laughed casually. The faces of the three is that of disinterest. The three thought how Mr. Auriel even became a hero with a laid back personality but the three are used to his antics so it didn't surprise them too much. To think he made an army of death machines that could wipe out a city just for a kid's toy.
"Anyway. We should be prepared to hear Will becoming a global threat and a huge sum of bounty on his head." Mr. Gustav said,
"Hey. I'll tell Helen to prepare a feast. Let's drink till we drop tomorrow night! Woooh!" Auriel announced. Again, the three just looked in disinterest.
The meeting will be held in the meeting room of the Monarch's castle. They reached the front gate of the castle and got out of the moving machine.
"Good Morning. Ms. Castle, Mr. Treasure, Mr. Wrench and Mr. Blaze. I will be your guide for today." A butler with half opened eyes and gray moustache stood in front of the wooden gate. Two guards are stationed to the sides of the gate. They are both excited to see the four legend but could only held their excitement as they are not allowed to move during their watch.
"Follow me, please." The butler said as he turned around and started to walk. The four just followed suit.
The pathway is made of marble as flower decoration filled mostly the entire field of the sides. A huge water fountain with two scorpion statues stood erect at the center. They walked past this until they reached an opened huge wooded double doors. They entered the double doors.
"Here is the entrance of the castle. The meeting is scheduled tomorrow in the conference room in the castle. I will first show you in your rooms for you to stay. A feast will be held tonight at 7:30 P.M., you all are free to tour the city at the time being. Follow me please." The butler casually said facing them before turning again and continued walking to where their rooms are supposed to be. Since the four are legends, of course, the rooms reserved for them are for the most VIPs of all VIPs. The four just continues following.
"Where should we go after this? Do you know any tourist spot, Auriel?" Mr. Gustav said as he looked at Mr. Auriel. Mr. Auriel just looked at him blankly before Mr. Gustav sighed wryly,
"Sorry If I even asked the guy who doesn't care about sightseeing."
"I heard a good food place." Mr. Xen said,
"Where did you read that? From a brochure?" Mr. Gustav asked in disinterest,
"Yes." Mr. Xen casually replied,
"Of course." Mr. Gustav sighed, he knows that Auriel just doesn't care and Xen won't even go out of his room without them,
"How about a souvenir shop first? I want to buy Kraypatotie a souvenir." Ms. Castle smiled,
"Yes. That too." Mr. Xen replied with flustered cheeks,
"Hmmm... What is this? Xen? Do you have a girl?" Mr. Gustav grinned in front of Mr. Xen,
"No-nooo!" Mr. Xen, taken by surprise, replied,
"Let us meet her." Mr. Gustav continued grinning,
"I am not gonna let her meet you!" Mr. Xen angrily said,
"I'm not gonna steal her from you. I won't snitch my brother here." Mr. Gustav placed an arm on Mr. Xen's shoulder and he started to whisper in his ear,
"You have to blah blah blah blah..." Mr. Gustav started advising Mr. Xen by whispering to his ears,
"Yes. Yes. aha. Of course... What? No! We can't do that yet." Mr. Xen's cheeks reddened,
"Be a man. That is part of love." Mr. Gustav said,
"Maybe from an adulterous man like you. But it is alright?" Mr. Xen replied,
"Yes! You just have to take it slow and when she finally open up, make sure you are not willful. Always think of the woman's side." Mr. Gustav continued advising,
"Ms. Castle this is your room here." The butler turned around and faced Ms. Castle. He pointed his hand on a door to his side,
"Okay." Ms. Castle said as she entered her room,
"Wait for us, Shei!" Mr. Gustav said,
"Of course. Be quick, okay?" Ms. Castle replied,
Ms. Castle closed the door of her room, returned her massive shield in her inventory. She slowly took off her cyan full body armor, starting from the armlet to her greaves, and placed it in her inventory.
Her figure perfectly outlined by the tight black spandex that she is wearing inside the massive cyan defense. Her femininity exudes greatly yet her muscles are pretty firmed and develop. She took out a hairband, held it with her mouth as she finger combed her hair to turn into a ponytail. She does not have much beauty maintenance yet she is a beauty still. If not due to her super boyish attitude, men would flock her left and right but she still had many suitors herself, she just doesn't want a romantic relationship.
She took out her casual attire and readied herself to tour the town a little bit with the guys before the banquet late at night.
