"Sealed places?" Caelena raised an eyebrow as she heard the Spirit Master describe the situation in the South and North Kingdom. "Are those really sealed? How come you cannot go there?"
"Oh, we could princess. The thing is, they do not come back alive."
Caelena cupped her chin as she tapped the table. As much as she wanted to go to the Grand Circle, the council begged her not to. "Riddled with demons you say… why do you even want to go there? Can't you just leave those places alone?"
The Spirit Master sighed. "Princess, the cleansing ritual includes the mainland's souls. We need to get the people to believe in the heavens' might."
She frowned. The Spirit Master was looking back at her from across the table. Since it was just the two of them, she did not mind showing her true colors. "And you want me to be the one to cleanse those places?"
"You are quite bright, Moon Princess."
