Her voice sounded different from her usual steady and dignified tone. Her face remained pale as ever. But something within her eyes burned like rage.
Lucien smelled the difference. He squinted his eyes at the woman who just got up from the bed.
"Why don't you just die quietly?"
Lucien did not budge from his seat. He stared at her while quietly sitting on the corner.
"Heh! I have already gained the power to control this body. You should kneel down and beg for mercy!" Caelena proudly pointed at Yllana's body. The body did not even change as it did before. It was only the character and the voice. Lucien smiled.
"So?"
Her footsteps weren't steady. Even her hands were trembling as she lifted them confidently. She could not cover up the weakening state of her soul. "You…"
"You could not even hide the fact that you simply used up all of your energy to come out from Yllana's body."
"This is not her body!"
