The next morning I went to a gym, paid the gym membership fee, which was 150 yuan for a month without a personal trainer! I worked out with the help of the trainer for a whole 3 hrs with few breaks in between. The trainer told me to buy some protein powder and energy drink, as I was very thin and weak. He recommended me some brands which doesn't contain caffeine. The work out was long but not heavy so I wasn't very tired.
I came back home after buying the protein powder and plenty of energy drinks. I drank the Protein Powder solution and took a bath.
I felt refreshed. I ate breakfast ( rice porridge, Eggs, fruits and some veggies). It was a very Simple breakfast, with no much spices, as I am adviced to eat more food with no spices and oil.
Suddenly I felt sleepy just after I finished doing the dishes, so I walked to my room and sat on my bed. I have always been feeling sleepy whenever I used much energy or plenty of brain work. Then I saw a notification.

"We finished uploading the new Antivirus Software. We had also sent some expert to our various clients ( Financial Institute ) "
"We just received news that all the lost data were recovered. But total amount of losses the various institute suffered were more than 15 billion. Many of their clients cancelled their contract due to the incidents this month"

So I want you guys to make a new Antivirus by Using the source code as a core and adding all the features of the enterprise version. I want the job to be done by 3 days you can rest early today. This project will start tomorrow"
"Secretary He, tell our clients that the compensation will be paid next week and also tell them to use the personal version of our software until we come and install our new enterprise version of Antivirus on their network system. Also tell them not to store any data in our data center"
" Yes sir. Also we got news that the Russians will launch another attack tonight so can you ask the Cyber Security Department to help us?"

After the meeting, the various team leader were assigned different task to be completed as discussed during the meeting. Some were monitoring the network and data center for any attack. Some started typing various codes to make a new Software. While the rest started working on the Core codes ( modifying the codes of Wang Li's code ) to add other features from the old ones.
On the bed at around 4 pm.
I was woken up by the System's notification.

Haaah! What the hell! Does this System wants a name? And what is this Windows Like UI? Does this mean that my system has been upgraded to a PC? Ok I admit that this is the way it should be. The whole System thing is already more than sufficient to be illogical.
After thinking for a while , I came up with the name Xiao Li. Since no body call me Xiao Li so far. My friends call me Wang. My parents and relative call me Li Li ( which seems like a girl's name).

Nothing much changed. So I asked why Neural Linking and Muscle Development has slowed down. To which Xiao Li replied
[The last step of neural linking will take a long time as the neuron at the end of each neural networks are huge in numbers. It's like Branching in a tree or To be precise like the roots of plants]
[As for Muscle Development, there are alot of unused muscles inside your body. So the nutrients in the blood cannot be delivered properly to muscle cells which are not used regularly]
[By unused muscles it means the muscles which you don't move regularly, Like you chest muscles (which has 30% unused muscles cells)]
[To fasten the process, you can eat foods rich in nutrients which help to nourish brain and do exercises which lets you move all your muscles]
This explanation seems logical. So I will do as Xiao Li tells me to do. So I asked which food contains nutrients to nourish my brain.
[You can eat Cashew Nuts and river fish. This two are the most commonly found food. There are also various other herbs such as ginseng,etc etc. As for other commonly found food, they don't contain much nutrients that nurishes Brain]
Well then I will go and buy fish and Cashew for today. As for the herbs I will go to Changdu the day after tomorrow and see if I can find them.
"Xiao Li is there any way I can increase my stat other then by exercising and reading?"
[Yes there are alot of ways you can earn stat points. To give you an example You can do lots of good things for the society, when you accumulate sufficient points, you can get stat points. Another example Is by improving your knowledge and make discoveries. I will tell you the others after the next upgrade as this options are locked now]
