The next morning i woke up as usual, do some exercises and called the Local ISP to disconnect my Broadband connection. At round 9am I finished my packaging of stuff to bring along( My laptop, Clothes, and some energy drinks and protein powder).
After that I ate Brunch with my parents. There was wide spread of dishes. Fish stew, Pork Noodles,Rice boiled veggies, beef fried with veggies etc etc.
I left Home at around 11 am. I felt quite reluctant to leave my parent alone. Well I will buy a big house latter so my parents can stay there when they are old. So I walked till I reached the bus depot. Booked a ticket from the ticketing counter. While waiting for the bus which I should board, I went to a cafe nearby, as there was about half an hour left, a man came upto me and asked if the seat opposite mine was taken. To which I accepted his company. We Chatted for awhile while drinking coffee. He was going back to Changdu after his New Years' holiday at home. I also came to know that he works in a real estate business and said if I want to buy house in Changdu I should call him. I also told my purpose of going to Changdu and said that I wanted to rent an apartment and an office space. (It's really great to be strong , I don't need to be afraid of roadside Scam artist).
We took the same Bus and reached Changdu at 1:30 Pm. I went around the residential areas to check if I can rent a house. I found a residential area which belongs to SL real estate. They mostly deal in renting out (while less then 50% of the properties are sold, the remaining are left for renting ). I went to the management office.
A lady in her 40's welcomed me.
"Sir How may I help you?"
"I would like to rent an apartment. Most preferably 180 sq meter in area."
"Please look at the brochure and select some so we can go and have a look latter on"
After flipping the pages for sometime, I had my eyes on 3 apartment which satisfied my need.
"Let's go and take a look at these three apartment"
"Come follow me sir "
After walking for about 5 min we reached at the first location. Four apartment unit were there on a single floor. The Complex was 6 storey tall. It was a newly built Complex. There was also an elevator. She said I can choose any one from 3rd floor to 5th floor. I went in to have a look inside 4 of them which was on the 3rd floor. The view outside wasn't that great from this height so I went to the 5 floor. Choose the one facing towards the east.
"Sir the appartment has been refurbished recently. You can move in anytime you want."
"What's the price of renting?"
"Sir let's go to the management office and discuss the details while drinking tea."
She smiled and lead the way back. Inside the office.
"Sir have some Tea". She poured a cup of tea and sat across me.
"The tea is good. So can we discuss the price?"
"The rental is 20 yuan per sq meter per months also you need to pay the rent of the first 6 month in advance as deposit, which can be refunded latter. and you also need to pay an additional 100 yuan for maintenance every month.Water supply bills included while electricity bills aren't included."
"So it's 21,600 yuan as rent for the first 6 month?"
"You can pay 22,000 including the maintenance for 6 month."
"Can you give me some more discount?"
"How about this? You can pay the rent annually where you would be charged 40k a year. But you need to sign up for 5 years. The annual increment of rent by 3% and you don't need to pay any deposit".
"Sure let's do this. Do you also deal in rental business for property which are suitable for office space?"
"There are few office space available right now for rental. Let's head towards the market tomorrow morning and have a look, will that be alright?"
"Sure, Let's sign the contract then"
After signing the contract I went to the market to buy some utensils and appliances( some of which weren't there at the new apartment). I also brought some food supply. I asked for a delivery service to deliver the goods to my new address. When I reached home , I took a bath. When it was almost 6 pm, the delivery also reached my appartment. I paid extra 50 yuan as compliment..
After Preparing a sumptuous dinner I sat down to eat.
While I was eating, a notification came up.

I was filled with joy but the System killed my mood .

I hurriedly went to grab my bag and started drinking the Energy drink ( as I had a bad premonition). Only after drinking 8 Cans did my Energy level reach 4(Max 10).
Then I returned back to the dining table and continued eating. While eating I asked Xiao Li "what will happen if the Energy level is completely exhausted?"
She replied

"Won't I die if I sleep for 1 year?"

It means that I won't be required to personally search for information any longer. I had been working so hard for more then a month. I should ask Xiao Li next time before I do anything. He is very reliable. She can lessen my work load by a lot.
