Sitting in my workshop I was staring at the floating purple ball of poisonous gas. It didn't look intimidating at all. But it was indeed highly poisonous. But it mains consisted of swamp gases. Cassie told me I could indeed make it more effective by feeding it all sorts of poisonous objects.
I had a decent sum of money so I figured why not?
The best part was anything I fed to the little cloud I could use on enemies. It could also be used to coat my chain and other weapons and wouldn't harm me if I wanted too.
I figured since I had some cash on hand I could buy some nice things to feed it.
I pulled up my system store and started buying vials of different toxic substances. Snake venoms, spider venoms, poisonous plants from nightshade to even poison ivy, jellyfish venom, All kinds of different toxins from ones that put people to sleep, to one's that cause immense pain.
As an added bonus I bought a vial of acid and a small container of flu virus to see if that worked with the spirit.
On my work desk was probably gallons of some of the most toxic things in the world. The spirt could apparently sense it and was trying to swallow the vials but failing.
wearing proper gloves and protective face gear I slowly opened up a vial of snake venom.
I watched the little purple cloud ooze into the vial and the venom slowly started to get sucked up into the swirling cloud.
I tried out some nightshade next and the cloud floated over it before it looked like all the moisture was sucked out of the plant and it collapsed into a pile of blackish powder.
I looked at the cloud seriously.
"Your not allowed in my herb garden just so we are both clear on this." I told it.
I kept opening bottles of venom and the cloud started to get more solid the more it ate. So from a floating cloud to a kind of dense mist.
Next up I tried the small tub of acid and the viruses. It had zero interest in the things like flu. But it dove right into the vat of bubbling acid and there was a bunch of nasty sizzling and gurgling noises.
I threw the flu virus into my inventory since I didn't want that around.
I started buying all sorts of small vats of acid though. It was just slurping down chemicals. It was no longer a cloud or a mist more like a sludge that was currently smoking and steaming.
Finally I bought some poison monster cores. I had Fire ones from the dungeon golems so i figured I could get poison ones from the shop.
Sure enough they were there in all sorts of prices in a bunch of bright colors looking like big shiny marbles.
I threw about 200 into the blob. It then sucked itself into my body and went into a kind of hibernation and started to disolve and adjust to everything.
All I could smell was sickly sweet scents, rotting fish smells and the smell of burning metals and rubbers. Nearly vomited all over the floor right then and there.
*Huerp* "Ugh that's fucking foul." *Huerp* I gasped out.
I quickly left my workshop for some fresh air. But you know how when you smell something and then you know how it tastes. Yeah that happened. So gross.
So there I am dry heaving on the ground trying to not vomit. 10/10 would not recommend.
I hear a voice and see a glass of juice pressed in front of me. "Here you go love." Cassie says passing me some apple juice.
I quickly guzzle it down trying to get the taste of gross out of my mouth. Those smells and flavors should never be mixed into anything ever.
Ah sweet apple juice.
"Thank you." I say laying my head on the ground and breathing in the grassy air.
She sits down and starts rubbing my back while I recover.
"I have the formation set up for you and the girls." She says.
I had bought a book on formations. Because I had millions of spirit stones and I didn't feel like sitting down and absorbing them slowly one buy one. I also didn't want to sell them or use them as currency. So I figured I could get Cassie the book since she instantly masters just about anything brought into the internal world and she could set it up and me and the girls could use the stones for cultivation and knock out a few levels. After the building of the planet for our cutivation which is the foundation stage comes the terraforming stage. It basically implements elements into our planets like air and wind and water. This stage is where most people learn how to start controlling their elements for cultivation. I'd already started teaching Rin since Sasha and Silvia already knew how to. Since Rin used wood which I was very familiar with it was quite easy to teach her. We also got her a grimoire and some manuals for wood magic. She also ended up with a spirit weapon. It was needles. Not a fan. I still paid for the upgrades on them and bought her a manual on needle weapon combat. Even if she wasn't a fighter she still would learn how to defend herself with Cassie helping her out.
"Well after I recover we can start up the fomation. Is there anything else we need right now?" I ask her.
"Not right now besides more seeds for the planets when they are done and maybe a bit more meat for storage." She says quickly going over everything we have.
"That's fine, Buy what you need then we can save money for upgrades later on. We will be visiting tons of different world's in the future and it's never wise to blow all your money at once." I say.
