"Good to see you, young lady," Nathe said, his lips grinning.
Just before the day ends, they were able to find Lady Adelia's whereabouts. The inspector quietly went inside the room through the window and was followed by his twin after his short greeting. Nevertheless, the receiver was not the least bit happy.
"What are you doing here, misters?" she asked, pretending to be confused even though she was nervous inside.
She was not believing that they could reach her, more so, knowing what she's planning.
However, it won't work with the two cunning men. They might be soft-spoken to ladies but they were not one to be fooled at. It was the other way around.
"Lady Adelia di Lighterian. I wonder why you're not showing such a pretty face out in the open... daily," Nathe uttered.
