"Your paren...?" Eun Woo saying something when Kaya cutted him off. "What about your family?" When Kaya didn't let him speak, he got the sheer message that she didn't want to talk about her parents.
"My family?!" He said with a shocked confused look on his face because suddenly she popped his family in between her family talk.
"Ya!!! What?? Don't wanna tell me?"
"No!! It's not like that. We were talking about your family then suddenly you asked about my family.....So, umm... Ok! My family lives here in Seoul. My family has my grandfather, grandmother, dad, mom, my younger brother and our pet dog, Toby. They all live together in the ancestral home. And where i live, you know very well. Also, I've studied in US since I was a kid. But my brother has lived here for his whole life except the trips that he takes on with his friends."
"My father and grandfather are running the family business. My mother is an artist. My grandmother is a doctor. My brother also works in the company."
"You all live together?.... Is it fun?"
"Ya!! It is. A lot. Now-a-days i barely has time even to go back. But, back then it was a real deal. Everyone sitting on a table for dinner each night, talking and laughing with each other. Going on a picnic on some Sundays and holidays. Sitting on grandfather's back to play with him. Everyone sitting together in the evening sharing their day activities and a tea. Grandfather and dad cooking in the kitchen on White day for grandmother and mom. Grandfather bringing gifts for everyone at every celebration and festival."
"You know what?!" Eun Woo said.
"Eh?"
"I could never understand one thing. Grandfather and dad, they both are always busy in business but they still manage to spend time with family each day and i seriously don't get it. Like how they do it."
"I don't know too because I don't think that these kind of people do exist."
"They do!!! I will let you meet those kind of people." Eun Woo said while looking into her eyes with concern.
"I don't keep expectations, so i will prefer to live with the thought that those kinds don't exist." She pulled the edges of her lips ups while turning her face to him. After knowing how much she misses her family, when he told her the sweets of his family he thought that may be its making her miss her family more. So, he chose to not talk more about his family.
"What are your memories with your family?" Eun Woo asked and he turned beside Kaya and saw her face scrunched up, "What happen?"
She got up and said, "Nothing! Your...your family is really lovely." She turned her lips upward in a big smile. "Don't ever lose your family. Ask them who never had a family dinner." Her last words were more of a murmuring which was not understood by Eun Woo, so he also got up and asked, "What?"
"I was saying that your family is sweet." Eun Woo smiled to her but her indifferent expression and actions couldn't escape Eun Woo's eyes. "Let's go inside. Its getting colder here." Eun Woo said.
"Ok!!" Kaya said with a nod and they both headed to their rooms.
The whole next day just passed languidly. They all stayed in their rooms while Dhruv, Su Yeon and Ji Wook went for swimming in the sea. The sun was about to set when Su Yeon was watching Ji Wook amd Dhruv playing volleyball and joining them occassionally.
Su Yeon had worn a white t-shirt with champagne coloured shorts, looking stunning with water dripping wet hair and wet clothes which were giving the clear glimpse of her black bralette.
While Dhruv was showing off his tanned wet chest with sky colour shorts and his wet hair were just touching his brows covering his forehead completely. Ji Wook was also looking as hot as the sun with black wet shorts and white t-shirt which was hugging his wet upper body and showing the structure of his abs.
Dhruv said while hitting the ball, "Ha Won snorts a lot."
Ji Wook laughed. "We have got used to his snorting, may be." He paused while catching the ball and turned towards Su Yeon. Seeing him, Dhruv also turned to face Su Yeon. Ji Wook threw the ball towards Su Yeon and said, "This girl was also speaking something while sleeping last night. She literally scared me."
Su Yeon catched the ball when Dhruv started laughing. "Hahahaha!!!! You..." Again a pack of uncontrollable laughs flourished near the shore with a background music of shore washing quiet sea waves.
"Argh!!" Su Yeon stood up. "You must be dreaming." She threw the ball back at Ji Wook's face which he catched so efficiently. "No! No! Not my face. You know right?! People just love it." He passed the ball back to her while grinning from ear to ear.
"Whatever!!! It's not that good. This all must be in your dreams where you saw me speaking in the sleep." Ji Wook again catched the ball which Su Yeon threw at him with a force.
"Bet on it. You will tell me, how much of good this face is and in how much bad it put the people...Ummm!! I mean you too." He winked at her; looking into her surprised eyes with a mischievous smile.
Meanwhile, Dhruv was also there who was looking at both of them turn by turn moving his neck with the ball flying in the air. To his company Kaya also joined him. "Are they playing handball with a volleyball or a stare game?" She asked to Dhruv while climbing her left arm around his neck as both Su Yeon and Ji Wook were passing the ball to each other and staring into each other's eyes.
"A few seconds ago, it was a volleyball but now it seems to be a handball." Dhruv said while looking down at Kaya who was pulling his neck downwards with her arm around his neck.
He was looking at Kaya since the last some seconds when she moved her eyes from Ji Wook and Su Yeon and looked up at him. She saw his forcibly tilted neck and his frowned brows. "What?!" She knew well that why he was staring at her, but still she asked. Listening nothing in reply instead of continuous icky stare, she spoke. "Couldn't you a bit shorter?"
Kaya was a little shorter than Dhruv. "Can't you grow a bit?" She twisted her mouth and pulled his neck more down while locking his neck with her arms before releasing. "I don't need to grow more. I'm going to wear heels."
"Gah!! I give up."
"Hmm!! Very good." Kaya said while pulling Dhruv's cheek. "I wanted to talk to you. Actually, to both of you but Su Yeon seems to be busy. Let her play the game."
"Hmm....Ok! Let's have something to eat while we talk."
"Yeah!! I also feel hungry." Said Kaya. "Pasta??"
"Ok!!"
