Lijuan smiled apologetically at both Yun and Feng Liu. "Yes. We had a little lover's miff hence his reaction." Lijuan explained when she saw the frown on Feng Liu's face.
"Oh! Is that so?" Feng Liu asked looking from Lijuan to Yun with a confused frown.
Lover's miff? He shook his head.
"Don't worry about it. You can go back to what you were doing." Yun said smiling apologetically at Feng Liu before looking at Lijuan with a confused frown.
What was she up to this time and what was that big parcel she was carrying? He wondered.
"Why didn't you just say you were at my door?" Yun asked with a frown the moment Feng Liu left them alone.
"So you wouldn't let me in?" Lijuan asked before shooting him an apologetic smile.
"I'm not here to quarrel with you. I was going to tell you but you hung up before I could." Lijuan said with a small shrug.
