THE ANNIVERSARY PARTY....
Whatever went on at the stage didn't concern the Mei sisters. Rong and Jiaying where still pissed about the two brothers suddenly leaving the party like that.
"Why are you both just sitting here? You should socialize." Mother Mei urged them after sometime.
Rong and Jiaying were obviously not in the mood to socialize with anyone but stood up anyway.
"I'll just use the restroom." Jiaying said before leaving Rong.
Rong stood there awkwardly till a few people who recognized her as Director Mei came over to greet her.
Rong kept a smile plastered on her face as she greeted them. She had no choice but to do just that.
"You look pretty Director Mei." A lady complimented her.
"Oh.. you look lovely yourself." Rong replied with a smile. She liked it when people complimented her like that, every lady did.
Once the bunch left, a young man approached her.
