Chapter 36 - Chapter 15: Escape Maybe Impossible.

Akira went over to Morgan side she was starting to wake up "What happened." She tried to get up, but pain started to shoot through her body from her stomach she wrapped her arms around it. "It's seem that guys spell healed the wound, but not fully only enough to keep you alive." "What are you talking about? Wait where is Lättja?" "I think she left in fear of something, but everything's a blur I can't put heads or tails on the whole thing I'm just as confused as you are." Akira was really worried about the whole thing he decided to perform check to see if anything happened to him "What the fuck is the Voids Gift?" He looked at it and it appeared to be a buff "What's wrong Akira?" "I have a new buff called the Voids Gift it says it raises my "dark" affinity up by the fuck 4,000%!" "So wait your affinity towards dark magic went up?" "No I don't think that's what it means as dark is in quotations implying another meaning for the word. What ever the case it's better then my other buff." Morgan looked confused. "What other buff?" Akira remember he never fully explained it to her. "You remember when I told you I prefer to use flame magic over my other spells?" "Yes" "That's due to a buff called Hell's Fury it raises all flame magic spells damage by 300%." Morgan's eyes were wide with surprise "Wow" "Ya anyway stay here and I'll find the others just don't croak before I come back." He started to head off, but stopped "Hey Morgan?" "Yes?" "Never mind" Akira headed through the other rooms in the base until he came to a place that seemed to be the main prison area 'So he had Morgan in the other room they planned her to be the one that would get me to change as if they knew that one would work without a doubt.' He didn't ponder on it for any longer then he needed to. As he walked into the room the bandits guarding the cages start to raise to their feet picking up their weapons or unsheathing their swords Akira just looked at them. "I'm not in a good mood if you surrender and walk away I'll spare your life, but if you stand in my way...." he pulled his swords out of the void "..I will not show any mercy!" Some of the bandits dropped their weapons and walked away Akira looked at the remaining bandits and sighed "I guess I have to be a man of my word." Fey one of the bandits who dropped her weapon could hear the slaughter that he had commenced she turned her head for a bit then continued on her way "Damn hero's they are all scum bags!" Akira had finished and was looking over the carnage he caused "Well I gave them a chance." He then walked over to one of the cells it seemed that all the girls were still under some type of sleeping magic Akira open Emily's cell and immediately got to work he formed a circle in the air then used his mana to jump start her body awake he did the same for Sue and Mia they all got up "Ah my head hurts, but I don't remember drinking anything?" "Can you go five seconds without thinking about booze? Hey does this kind of thing happen to you all the time?" "Sometimes, but usually it ends in a lot less of bodies sticking to the ceiling watch your head." "Akie!" Mia came charging out of her cell and tackle Akira "I'm so happy to see you." As she kept hugging him on the ground Akira was frantically squirming Sue realize what was going on and ran over "Mia get off of him he's suffocating in your massive chest!" As she pulled Mia off of Akira shoot up and started breathing rapidly. "Mia I don't want to go out like that please don't do that again! Now on to Ella." Akira headed to the last cell and performed the same spell, but she didn't get up "What's wrong with her?" "Is she..." "No she's definitely asleep the spell most be very powerful." Emily had an idea "Why not just kiss her it works in books?" Mia put her head into her hands and sighed "Why didn't I think of that." Akira walked over to Ella's side "Well I need to try anything to wake her up." He leaned in close to her face, but then flicked her forehead before doing any thing else. She winced "Ow why did you do that Sojiro?" He leaned up against the wall "Do you think I'm fool?" "Well did it work?" "Not for instance in fact I think I saw something familiar from an anime that I watched with a buddy of mine." Akira didn't watch anime that often he really only ever watched it with his friend Naofumi, but if he recoiled the scene involved the main lead performing CPR on a bunny girl who then proceeded to French kiss the main lead. Honestly he didn't understand the point of the scene it didn't drive the plot one bit, but Naofumi said it was something about how it was more for comedy and to allow for a breather after everything. "Anyway let's go meet back with Morgan and get out of here as soon as possible." They headed back through the halls of the building and as they reached Morgan "Ah come on girly just tell me we're he is." There was guy holding Morgan by her throat not enough to cut off her air flow, but enough to make it hard for her to breath. Mia started to hide behind Akira as both of them recognized the voice. The man turned his head and saw them "Well kid it's been a while how's it going?" Akira started glaring at the man he couldn't forget him how could he as he almost killed him last time. "Lucifer!" He smiled "Ah you remembered me that's good I was worried I might have screwed up your brain after the beating I put you through." He was still wearing suit he wore last time as if making it so he couldn't be missed however his hair style was changed now it was a short style only covering the back of his neck and his ears. He looked at Akira with his piercing red and black eyes with a big grin on his face "I'm surprised to see you here kid I mean I was expecting that lazy ass Lättja, but not you." Akira just continued to glare at Lucifer Ella, Sue, and Emily jumped in to help "So this is the guy that almost killed my Sojiro!" Ella was visibly angry with her tail all puffed out and standing straight. "Girls stay back this isn't a fight you can get involved with." "But..." "No he's after me if he wants to fight he needs to leave all of you out of this!" Lucifer grin grew wider "Oh good I thought I had to kill your friends to get you to start something, but I guess you understand the situation." He let go Morgan with Sue and Emily rushing in to get her out of the way as Lucifer and Akira stood in front of each other "So basically if I don't beat you there's no hope of escape?" "Pretty much."
