With the goblin camp far behind us I finally let out a sigh of relief. Never had I felt so exhausted... (Author: Just kidding!!)

Escaping was our priority at this point, but something deep inside of me felt like there was something else that I was supposed to do. These goblins were scum, and I truly felt like the world would be a better place without them.
We rested for a few moments as I let my mana recover. I realized I had gone a little overboard with the chieftain, after all my [Kinslayer] title gave me a damage boost against those of the same race. I'm not quite sure if a hobgoblin would classify, but I guess it was better to be safe than sorry.
Beside me Laurel was growing impatient, but when I whispered to her my plan her eyes lit up in an almost crazed way. I could not blame her, what these monsters had done to her was not something that could be forgiven.
I raised the wand I carried as we exited the door. The guards outside were quickly slain by my [Poison Orb] bullets. What followed was a systematic clearing of all the goblins we came across.
The process was rather simple, with all of the goblins asleep and with the effects of the mini map the process was smooth. It was interesting to note that the goblins now appeared a dark red on my mini map. It must have been the effect of the [Kinslayer] title that I had.
It took around 3 hours to kill all of the goblins in the nest. Without fail everyone one of them were asleep. However, the hardest part had yet to come. The goblins guarding the exit were much tougher than these other goblins, and I got the feeling that they could rival the Chieftain in strength.
My fears were quickly confirmed as I saw the guards leaning lazily against the wall. Beside them was empty bowls of stew. Despite drinking the poison, they were both awake.
Their attention moved towards us as we walked closer to them. I exited stealth knowing it had no effect against these two. When they say the human girl and a small goblin girl walking towards them, they seemed to chuckle. But when their eyes laid on me their eyes seemed to glow red. They could not hold themselves back as they rushed towards us.
I only had a second before they were on me, but I used the chance to fire a [Poison Orb] at each of them. They completely ignored Laurel, focusing their attention solely on me.
I did not hesitate to flee. If the two managed to get their hands on me I would be dead for sure. I could feel the wind from a blade pass by my cheek as I ran, the two goblin guards were gaining on me rather quickly.
Without turning around I fired several shots behind me. Not knowing if they hit or missed, I kept firing as I ran.
Soon I ended up in a dead end. The goblins chasing me had stopped running as they slowly approached. My mana was low, and I only had enough for 3 more shots. Unfortunately, I had no idea how much health these goblins had left, but I noticed I had managed to shoot one of them a total of 7 times, the other only 3.
Green liquid began to leak from their wounds, and I could tell the poison was having its effect. They were destined to die; the question was if they could manage to take me down before that happened.
I chose to ignore the goblin that I had already shot 7 times. It would have much less health. and had likely already reached the maximum stacks of poison. I quickly fired my last three shots at the goblin's chest. Each of them landing piercing through the goblin as Green liquid seeped from the wounds.
The goblin grimaced at each shot, bringing its right arm over its chest. But it only delayed him for a moment, before it continued to advance.
My body felt heavy, a result of my mana being depleted. I could not help but fall to my knees as my eyes closed. The last thought that crossed my mind was that at least I would not have to suffer in the breeding room.
