"A thing of beauty is a joy for ever: Its loveliness increases; It will never pass into nothingness."
-John Keats

"Wishing for you to love me
was like wishing that I could forget you.
It's hopeless.
Because I can never get you off my mind and you'll never love the way I love you."

The Café|
As my alarm buzzed through my ears, it slaps me my senses awake. Since I'm already on the side of the bed, making me fall down directly to the floor, breaking my nose. Twice.
"Ouch, my poor nose.." rubbing it softly and winced at the pain.
I looked over at my alarm clock. That is 6:30am, then turned it off. I throw my arms up in the air, stretching them as my yawn escape my lips.
My eyes still feel alot more drowsy in exhaustion, as I head off to my dresser to get myself prepare, and dress for my shift later.
Something caught my eye, it was
the crimson rose I left on the table near the window, looking freshly and beautiful in a vase filled with water.
Something about this flower made me uneasy, giving me weird vibes on my stomach for some reason. Could it be the boy I've met few hours ago that wasn't just a dream?
I shrugged them away in my thoughts. I don't wanna think on things that didn't exist.
I took a quick shower, then back to my bedroom to get some clothes on, wearing faint blue off-shouldered tops, and white skinny jeans, with a blue paired heels while spreading my brown curvy long hair in my shoulder.

(A/N: Well, it'll be more like this. Btw, this photo isn't mine but from Google. Credits to the creator!)
I went downstairs to grab my bag and shoes while saying goodbye to my little goldfish, Bob.
Heading outside the house as I started hopping around the way to Café, like a one-legged chicken, attempting to pull my shoes and socks on hastily.
I glanced at my watch, it was 15 minutes past 8, late, as I fastened the pace of my walk. I've managed to gain a job a few years back then at the Esmeralda's Café near the sea.
I do enjoy myself at work in free time. Esmy, the manager of the café, became my friend. Of course, she's a little older than me, maybe she's around 22-24 age.
I was 16 when my grandpa bought me a huge house, and old enough to live myself which I wanted to. The Cafe was a barely mile away, so it was quite refreshing to simply walk there.
As soon, the smell of freshly baked cakes and some brewed coffee in the air, filled my nose as my stomach growled that was telling me that I haven't eaten my breakfast yet.
Soon, I've arrived while standing in front of the Café. The little bell chimed as I entered, the shop was filled with many customers chattering away lightheartedly, doing their business.
In the corner, I saw Esmy, the manager with an unpleasant look on her face. I walked towards the counter, grabbing my apron, then a voice stopped me which was Esmy.
"You're so early." She said sarcastically, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Oh Goodmorning Esmy!"
"Ohhh someone is waking up at the wrong side of the bed.." she snickered then winked.
Ignoring her remarks, while I continued tightening the apron behind my back and pushed a stray strand of my hair back from my face before rushing to the kitchen to get some pastries and coffee for table 18.
After mixing the coffee, with milk and cream on the top, while designing it to a heart shape, putting them on the tray together with the pastries and cakes, walking towards to the table 18.
"Bon Appetít!" I greeted them softly, before whisking away from their orders. Enjoy your meal
Another order with cappuccino, coffee chains and morphed into mochaccinos, frappuccinos and pumpkin-spice-doughnut-flavored caffeinated milkshakes.
I still haven't ate breakfast, and this things makes me hungry.
"Mad Cranberry Delight and Vanilla Milkshakes coming right up!" I announced.
Smiling, I balanced a tray of pastries on one arm and two milkshakes on another, walking towards to another table.
The doorbell chimed and I looked to see a new customer, a tall, slender guy with black hoodie which struck me extremely strange. He even had his face hidden underneath the hoodie which him looks suspicious.
What struck me as highly unusual was his long crimson red hair, a small strand of it fell nearly on his left deep blue eyes. Not many people dyed red hair yet they presented a contrast to the golden heat outside as if they had a life of their own.
After about a minute of deliberation, he walked towards one of the few empty tables near the window that faced the sea and plonked down into one of the chairs. He seemed to look around the café as if he's looking for a certain someone.
He stopped looking when his blue gaze locked into mine.
Those eyes..
~*~*~
"You know, If you keep gawking him any harder, your eyes might pop out of their sockets." said, a voice behind me. I nearly jumped out of my skin.
This is where the time I turned my gaze away from him.
"Oh Hai, Richell," I rolled eyes, and gazed at her with her smirking smile.
"Looks likes someone is smitten the odd guy!" she gasped dramatically and clutched her chest.
"Lol, no!" I laughed.
Richell was a fellow waitress that afternoon shift. She didn't speak much, but sometimes she likes to joke around and in fact looked sullen most of the time.
Surprisingly, The Hoodie Guy seemed to enjoy himself, drinking one of the Hazelnut Latte Coffee like he'd never tasted it before. I shook my head from the thought.
Esmy was taking orders on the front desk. She saw me taking a glance and smile crosses over her face. I threw her a small smile back as she seemed to be overwhelmed by the customers turning up.
There's only half of an hour and my shift coming to an end soon. I gazed at the scene outside the window, the sun rays began fading. Few moments after, few customers began to leave on their tables and slowly left on the shop.
Also, add the hoodie guy on the list who seemed to be the last one stand on the shop. However, he never waste an opportunity to take one last glance at me before he left.
Super weird.
After that, Esmy walked near at the entrance and closes the door as she lifting up her apron above her head whilst removing it and place on the client's locker.
Richell waved at us in farewell and slammed the back door on her way home.
Esmy was the one who first broke out the silence.
"So, what you'll be planning on this weekend?"
Today is Friday of course and She'd arranged me a schedule of my shift that I won't be having it this weekend. I used to travel in my hometown so she decided I wouldn't be receiving any shift every weekend.
"I haven't think of it yet. I was planning to travel some new places just after I broke up with ...mhm..." I cut my words off since I didn't want to state or say any of his name anymore which I was trying to forget. Not even seconds, my ex flashed back through my mind filled with solemn memories and the last fight we had.
It was truly painful.
And I've never want anything to remember especially with that.
She give me a comforting sad smile, trying to give me a shoulder anytime when I needed it. She thinks it was a good idea - to explore more place to have fun time alone for myself. I know what she meant, she's trying to give me some space to enjoy myself and focus my dreams.
Though, I'll never know if I make it through or not.
After closing the shop, we headed outside and gathered our things for our way home.
We bid our farewell to eachother after that.
