Caepron waved his hand in front of the hall and he was given the option to summon his villagers for the day. Each day he could summon a certain amount of villagers. Depending on the level of the village, it would get a certain amount of villagers summoned per day. A common level village would get 3 people a day, an uncommon would get 6 a day, and it increased a bit as you go up each level. Before Caepron did anything, his village would have spawned about 40 people a day, but with the Travelers Home added, he wasn't sure what would happen now. In front of the Village Hall, glowing globs of light the size of humans were forming. There were roughly 80 of them, and there were a few odd ones in the mix as well. They were a lot bigger than the rest, and there were two or three with a few unique looks that led Caepron to believe that they weren't human.
After another minute, all of them had formed and you could tell for sure what they were. There were mostly humans, but in the mix, you could see several giant humans among them. There were children, adults, and elders in the bunch, and in total there were 84 in total. Caepron walked up to an elderly couple, when they realized who it was, they panicked and tried to fall to their knees, but Caepron caught them from falling back down, "Elders, please do not tire yourself with all this nonsense, I am but a young man that has little knowledge while you have both experienced life, please do not bow down to me." Everyone heard this and wasn't sure what they should do, but the elderly lady smiled and patted Caepron on the cheek. "Thank you child for your grace to our old bones." Caepron smiled at them and then walked over to one of the giants. It was a young man, roughly 20 years old, with a height of 10 feet tall, with a well-built body and defined features, he had sharp eyes and a sharp haircut. His deep brown eyes had hesitation and confusion in them as he watched Caepron walk over to him. Caepron looked straight up at the young man with a serious face, and everyone was unsure what was happening. After a few moments, Caepron smiles at the bigger guy, "I've never had to look up to talk to someone, this is a new experience for me." There was a shocked silence, and then everyone laughed, it cut through the tension in the air and let everyone rest at ease. Caepron smiled and then checked to see what was going on with this guy.

Apparently, when he added the Travelers Home it opened up the doors for special villager summons. After this Caepron walked back and signaled the six people to come to him. They walked over and stood in from of him in a line. "As you all know, this world is new and foreign to all of us, so we must do everything we can to make sure we keep our people safe and grow as fast as possible. I will let Old Lui split the people up as he sees that everyone needs, but special care towards the soldiers and the builders so we can get moving as fast as we can here in the village. Make sure that the men becoming soldiers are single and between the ages of 16 to 30, and the builders are the other men not chosen for any of the other jobs."
After that Old Lui showed his skills in managing and taking care of things. Of the 84 summoned people, there were 6 giants, so Old Lui gave them and ten other men that fit the parameters to Thomas to the side so they could go to the Barracks. All the other craftsmen and women each got 3 apprentices, the women got three young girls each to help them, and then the men got three younger boys ages 15 and under to become apprentices to help them. Lui also took on two young people, a boy, and a girl, to help him start running things. After that, there were 6 elders, and the rest were families that had spawned together, some were young couples with kids or without, and some were older with a larger family. Old Lui had the men get together to form the building team, and the women together into the cooks, garden hands, and helpers around the village. The children were with their mothers wherever they went and helped them. While Old Lui was busy doing that, Caepron and Thomas led the young men and giants, who also happen to all be young men, to the barracks. They walked through the front entrance and walked into a dirt courtyard with a bunch of barrels and training dummies to one side, a wall with a rampart all around, a large building to the left that was housing and offices for the military, and a partially enclosed dirt field behind for training. Inside the large building when you walked in were 4 stone stelae. Caepron walked up to them to see what they were. They were profession change stelae, specifically for the military.
[ Village Militia: D- Grade Military ]
Description: Basic soldiers formed from villages and towns to defend their families and homes.
This was the introduction to the troops and on each of the stone stelae was a different military profession.
Infantry Stelae: [Saberman], [Swordsman], [Spearman], Each unit receives a 2% buff in attack and defense in their chosen profession. Each unit receives a basic unit technique. (For example, Sabermen will receive Basic Saber Technique.)
Shieldbearer Stelae: [Saber and Shieldbearer], [Spear and Shieldbearer], Each unit receives a 2% buff in attack and defense in their chosen profession. Each unit will get Basic Shield Bash Technique.
Archer Stelae: [Sword Archer], [Dagger Archer], [Bolt Archer], Each unit receives a 2% buff in attack and defense in their chosen profession. Each unit will receive Basic Archery Technique.
Calvary Stelae: [ Beast Master Calvary], [Heavy Calvary], [Light Calvary], Each unit receives a 2% buff in attack and defense in their chosen profession. Each unit will receive Horsemanship Skill.
Caepron was going nuts imagining all of these crazy things that he could do with each of these professions. He moved on to the final stelae which wasn't a military profession.
Scholar Stelae: [Scholar] Limit 10, until village upgraded. Each unit gains 2% better insight into things and each unit will get the skill Research. (Research allowed them to conduct research on all sorts of things, such as agriculture, animal husbandry, brewing, and so forth.)
Caepron put a hand to his chin and asked one of the young men, to bring Old Lui to him. After a few moments, Old Lui walked into the room and bowed his head to Caepron, "What can I help you with, sir?" "Find me the most talented men and women that you can in the village right now and bring them to me." Old Lui bowed and left the room, after about 5 minutes, he came back with one person behind him. It was an older fellow with a shifty set of eyebrows, and a sharply set face even with his old age. "Sir, This is Gus, he has the highest grade among the villagers spawned outside." Caepron took a look at his stats to see for himself.

Caepron nodded as nothing was different between him and all the others except that he was one of the only A grade people that spawned today. Gus bowed when he saw Caepron standing there. Caepron smiled and shook his head at Gus's antics. "Gus, do not bow your head so low, for I am only a man like yourself." Gus was shocked when he heard those words and slowly lifted his head, unsure of what to do with himself then, or why he had been summoned. Caepron then had Gus put his hand on the Profession Stelae for the Scholar. When his hand touched it, the stelae lit up patterns all over it and they glowed for several seconds. Gus seemed fine and he wasn't in any pain or uncomfortable. After the process was done Caepron took a look at his stats again and noticed right away the change.
