I know that this sounds a bit weird but i have absolutely no idea where I am right now. l when to bed last night at my small one bedroom apartment and somehow I wake up in a luxurious bedroom fitting for a king.
I'm pretty sure that I have locked the door to my apartment before I when to sleep last night so I can rule out that this is a prank by my friend. Considering that I'm also sensitive to sounds l'm pretty sure that if a kidnapper broke into my apartment l would have woken up.
Not that I know why a kidnapper would take their victim to such a place. Seriously though this bedroom alone would probably cost more money than I ever would have made working my whole life and I don't want to know what the outside of this room looks like. I probably will have a heart attack if i know the price.
I start walking around the bedroom looking for some sort of clue as to where I am and I froze up when I saw a chess set sitting on top of a cabinet it is red in color and missing a king piece. Next to the chess set there's a note.
"Enjoy your second chance at life" that was the only thing written on the note. I start to get a bad feeling about this whole thing and do the only thing that I can think of at the moment . I cursed out loud "What in the god holy name is happening" and I get the result I was expecting immediately a headache suddenly appear.
After a few seconds the pain disappear. That'll confirm it . I somehow have been reincarnated as a devil in highschool dxd universe.
Well on the bright side of things there's more dangerous place in the anime universe that I could possibly be sent to so I can complain to much and it would be a lie if I was to say that I have never dream of about getting a chance to live in highschool dxd universe. Come on let be real and honest here is there a guy that has watch the show and not think of it at least once. Seriously you have a problem if that was the case .Unless you have the same sort of preference as Gasper Vladi then it will be understandable.
Now that I have a moment to think . I'm starting to wonder if I'm an OC or SI. Looking around the bedroom I saw a mirror and the reflection in it show a boy about 12 years old with a crimson red hair and bluish green eyes . The only devil family that I know from the show to have this traits is the Gremory family. That mean i will most likely be involve in the canon plot somehow.
After staring at the mirror for a while I come to the conclusion that I didn't know who I was . So it most likely that I'm a OC which means I don't have to be too careful about not changing the plot because my existence alone have alter the canon plot so I don't have to make the hard decision of playing along with the plot or not.
The next problem that I can think of is how I'm going to interact with other people when I don't even know what my name is? Someone's going to find out that something is wrong really quickly if I don't think of a solution real soon.
The door to my bedroom suddenly open and a maid with silver hair step inside the room. F**k was the only thing I can think of right now . Not that I'm not happy about meeting Grayfia Lucifuge in real life face to face . She's much more beautiful than I ever expected but how am I going to interact with her.
For the next couple of seconds me and Grayfia silently staring at each other but on the inside i start to cursed using every word that I can think of. Among all the people that I can meet first why did I have to meet her first she's probably the most likely to realize that something is wrong with me if act strangely or differently than the original owner of the body.
"Is there something on my face?" was the only way I can think of to start my conversation with Grayfia without giving away anything suspicious about myself.
"No Arias-sama it just I'm surprised you manage to wake up so early by yourself after yesterday party incident I thought you will sleep till near afternoon that why I came to check in on you" says Grayfia.
So my name is Arias Gremory not a bad one to be fair and there's a party yesterday. I hope for a bit more information but i guess I can try something else. " I'm a bit confused about what had happened to me last night"
" Sirzechs-sama accidentally gave you some wine last night mistaking it for juice. I only realize what had happened after you complain about a headache to me but don't worry I have punish him accordingly. He wouldn't dare to make the same mistake anytime soon again" says Grayfia.
This is a golden opportunity to try and get more information about my surroundings without anyone getting to suspicious about myself" May I know what the punishment is?"
Grayfia start to sigh" l have ordered Sirzechs-sama to sleep in his office for the next month as punishment for getting you drunk Arias-sama do you think it would suffice or would you prefer another type of punishment be given to Sirzechs-sama instead"
D*mn Sirzechs you get a 12 years old drunk no wonder Grayfia look so disappointed at you just now. " No I think the current punishment would suffice"
"Since you have awake now Arias-sama would you like to eat your breakfast or would you prefer to rest until its lunch time" says Grayfia.
"I would like to eat my breakfast now if you don't mind" after receiving my answer Grayfia nod her head "follow me" was the only thing she says before she start walking out of the room most likely heading to the dinning room. l silently follow her out of the room and as I expected the corridor outside of the my room is just as grand as the bedroom.
After a while we arrive at a big door and Grayfia push it open . Stepping inside the room I can see it have a long banquet table and at the head of the table a man with a crimson red hair sitting there reading a newspaper and sitting to his right side a beautiful woman with brown hair waving her hand at me and Grayfia.
I recognize the two of them immediately Zeoticus and Venelana Gremory the parents of Sirzechs and Rias in the anime. As I approach Venelana I could see a young looking Rias eating some sort of cereal sitting next to Zeoticus left side and when I say young I mean 12 or 13 years old young. Secretly in my mind I was trying to figure out how much time until the plot start do I have maybe 4 to 5 years.
"Arias I'm happy to see that you are doing well after last night incident. Come seat here next to me" says Venelana.
After sitting I start looking around and realize that Grayfia is already missing. " I swear that your mother is some sort of workaholic complete opposite of Sirzechs who would try to skip his work until someone drag him by the ear to his office to do his job" Venelana sigh.
It took me a few seconds to comprehend what Venelana just say to me. If I understand her correctly thus this mean I'm Sirzechs and Grayfia son instead of her and Zeoticus like I originally thought. This just kept getting better and better. The devil society care a lot about ones lineage because they respect strength above most things and as a son of two powerful devil I should have a better chance at becoming an ultimate-class devil that almost everybody else.
After all the primary reason why Rias was engaged to Riser Phenex is because they thought if a child is born with the Bael power of destruction and Phenex regeneration ability it would definitely be a strong devil when it have grown up. I wonder if I inherited the power of destruction or not.
