Chapter 35 - Comparing Misery

Meadow was sobbing hard, she took a deep breath and said " I told you everything about me because I want you do something for me Zack. I know it's selfish of me to ask you this but please take my revenge for me Zack. I want them destroyed, specially Irwin and Rodney. I want them to have fear deep inside their soul, making it hard for them to live and even harder to die. Can you do that Zack".

Zack laughed " I never thought you were such so selfish Lily, making me carry your own burden ". He shook his head " no I can't fullfil your promise Lily. You can't crush me under your burden which you yourself is unable to carry". He went to the nearby wall stood by its side and lit a cigarette. Lily was confused, she never expected him to have such response to her request. She looked at him confused when Zack continued " have I ever told you about Panda, Lily". She shook her head he smiled " she was similar to you only difference was instead of jumping out of roof she decided fighting was better option".

Lily gasped " how is that possible she is very...very" she wanted to say normal but Panda was much above the normal she knew the she was a sniper and part of the most elite mercenary team in military. Zack smirked " she loved a man and for him she revolted against her families wishes. When she was leaving her cousin kidnapped her. Made his friend rape her and deposited her to her lovers house naked and that son of a bitch refused to accept her and threw her out of the house. I met her begging in the street where we became friends and later I made her part of the most crucial part of the team, I am not comparing your misery but if she can overcome her hurdle why can't you do that ".

Lily came down the terrace and came near him. His heart was thumping finally he was able to pull her back. He held her cheeks and said "I can change you Lily. Will you allow me to do so". She nodded, he smiled and for the first time she didn't find the night so gloomy.
