As Mira's father came back with a crate he set it down on the floor and said "I had a few minor mana potions in storage, take as many as you'd like." Thomas grabbed two and said "These should be enough." Thomas sighed and said "I guess I can only hope that I'm not to late." Peri stared at Thomas and asked "What are you waiting for every second is precious." Thomas opened the potion and said "I'm just a little worried." Ceil stared at Peri and said "You should've probably started with telling him that Poppy told us about her." Thomas drank the potion and said "I kinda figured she would." Thomas's eye turned purple as he mumbled "Here goes nothing." As Thomas reappeared in the other world his eye returned to normal and he stood in front of the apartments door. Thomas knocked and mumbled "I can't guarantee she'll still be here but I can at least hope she's still somewhere around." As the door opened an old lady appeared and stared at Thomas surprised. Thomas stared at her and sadly said "Sorry I must've gotten the wrong place." She stared at him and asked "Is it really you?" Thomas glanced at her and asked "Unless your Kate I don't think I am who you think." She stared at him and said "Thomas right?" Thomas stared at her surprised and said "Kate?" She nodded and said "I haven't seen you in sixty seven years." Thomas stared at her and said "But it hasn't even been a week since I left." Kate walked towards him and said "Time doesn't matter right now, I'm just glad me staying here finally paid off." Thomas looked down at the ground and said "I thought I was gonna be to late." Kate smiled and said "My mother always said that you weren't gonna come back but I knew you would." Thomas stared at her and said "If I would've come even a day later you might not have been here." She turned around and said "Your here now and so am I so don't worry about it." As she entered the apartment she said "And now you can tell me all about those stories you wouldn't have told me when I was still young." Thomas followed her into the apartment and sat down on the couch as he nervously said "If I leave I might not be able to see you again." She sat down in a chair across from him and said "I already told you not to worry, instead tell me if your travels." Thomas stared at her and said "Guess you don't really care about dying?" She shook her head and said "Of course not I'm an old lady now, I've lived a long life." Thomas leaned back and said "It's probably surprising that I haven't changed at all since we last talked." She stared at him and said "But of course I do find it surprising, however you must be even more shocked." Thomas stared at her and said "Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm more surprised your alive, I knew I didn't have long and I really didn't think that time would travel this fast either." Thomas stood up and said "It might not be much but I should be able to help you relive some of those memories." Thomas held his hand out in front of him and created a mana door as he said "If you enter this I'll show you what I'm talking about." As Kate slowly stood up she asked "Is this some new type of magic you've learned?" Thomas shook his head and said "I already knew how to do this when I arrived here." As they entered the door Poppy looked around and asked "Where are we?" Thomas held his hand up to her and said "This is my own dimension, I can control it and just about anything else here." As Kate became a kid once again Thomas said "I can even control how a person looks." Kate looked around and said "I'm a kid again?" Thomas sat down and said "This might be the last time I see you so if you'd like to do anything just let me know and if I can I'll give it a try." Kate ran towards Thomas and said "Being young again is wonderful, and I don't think I can really ask for anything better." Thomas stared at the sky and said "Once you leave this place anything I've changed about you will revert, so you won't stay a kid." Kate sat down beside him and said "Being young again is great even if it is only for a short while, still I don't know how I can ever repay you." Thomas stared at her and said "Right now I'm the one repaying you, thanks for waiting for me." Kate stared at Thomas and said "I'm glad we met you that day." Thomas stood up and said "You can do whatever you want, I have a few things placed around this world, I'll come by and get you when it's time to go." Kate nodded and excitedly ran off as she shouted "I'm finally young and can do whatever I want." As she ran out of sight Thomas's smile faded as he mumbled "This is the only way I could think of thanking you." As a tear fell from Thomas's eye he began to walk towards the house as he mumbled "Unfortunately this will probably be the last time we see each other." Thomas wiped his face and said "I'd prefer your last memories of me to be happy and cheerful so I'd appreciate it if you didn't see me right now." As Thomas entered the house he walked to his room and laid down staring at the roof. As he laid there he mumbled "If I get pulled into the wrong dimension and time moves slower there everyone I once knew might cease to exist." Thomas sighed and said "Unfortunately I have no control over it so if that does happen I'll be all alone again, just like back then before I met Jake and everyone else." Thomas sat up and said "I can't let that happen." Thomas laid back down and said "But then again maybe it would be easier, because then I might finally be able to die, without any regrets." Thomas yawned and said "The only problem with that is, I'd much prefer they live." Thomas shrugged and said "But then again I have no control over life and death, even when I'm in this dimension I only can only control their Physical appearance however their life span stays the same." Thomas stood up and said "A dimensional being can still die to age so I guess I can only go so far as well." Thomas stood up and said "I guess it's about time I take her back." Thomas sighed and sadly said "Guess I should say my final goodbyes." As Thomas stepped outside the house he mumbled "If time could've just moved a little slower I might've been able to visit her again." As Thomas walked towards the library he mumbled "She's probably interested in those books, unfortunately she won't be able to read some of them." As Thomas opened the door to the library he seen Kate sitting in one of the chairs by a table and said "It's time to go." Kate stared at him and said "Alright then." Thomas held his out in front of him and said "I won't be able to see you ever again but I'm glad I at least got to see you once more." Kate walked towards the door and said "You still never told me any of your stories but I appreciate what you've done for me." As she walked through the door Thomas made it disappear. Thomas walked towards the book she left on the table and sat down in the chair as he muttered "I kept my promise." Thomas laid his down on the table and sadly said "Once I go back to the other world she'll likely die in less then a day." Thomas began to cry as he said "Damn these dimensions." As Thomas raised his head he seen a piece of paper tucked inside the book. Thomas grabbed the piece of paper and opened it as he read "Don't be sad about never seeing me again, you've given me a wonderful experience that no one else could and although saying this probably won't change how you feel I want you to know that I'll be able to die happy and I want you to forget about me." Thomas put the note in his sub space and slammed his head into the table as he smiled and cried while saying "Seems like you were a lot better at saying good bye then me." Thomas sat there for a while as he said "I won't be able to forget you and I certainly don't want to."
