Chapter 161 - Chapter 161 Rose The Giant

Thomas closed the book and stared at Rose as he said "Come to think of it I don't remember seeing you use your abilities to the fullest." Rose stared at Thomas and said "If I used everything I had I would've destroyed the ground." Ocis stared at Rose and said "You must be strong then." Ocis stared at her and said "If you challenge Thomas and win he'll agree to do any one thing without complaint." Thomas glanced at Ocis and said "But I was just about to go home." Rose stared at Thomas and asked "Is what she says true." Thomas glanced at her and said "There are a few things that your not allowed to ask me to do." Ocis stared at her and said "Yeah he won't let me ask him to marry me." Rose stared at Ocis and asked "What did you ask him for?" Ocis smiled and said "I got a date the last time I beat him." Rose picked Thomas up and said "We must fight." Thomas stared at her and mumbled "I just wanna go back to the inn and sleep." Rose began to walk towards the gate as she said "I don't know what I'll ask you for but I'm sure it'll be worth it." Thomas yawned and said "Okay let's make with this quick." As they left the city Rose set Thomas and down and said "I'll be coming at you with everything I've got!" Thomas sat down and said "Alright go for it." Rose stared at him and asked "Aren't you going to do anything?" Thomas looked up at the sky and said "The first move is on you." Rose stood there staring at him as she asked "Do you see me as a joke?" Thomas shrugged and said "If your a joke your not very funny." She began this walk towards him as she said "You know I might end up killing you by mistake if you don't pay attention." Thomas opened the book in his hand and said "I haven't had much luck with death, I always end up living so I wouldn't worry about it too much." She raised her fist and slammed it down beside Thomas as she said "If I was going to punch you right now you would've been killed." Thomas flipped the page and said "But you didn't." She raised her fist once more and shouted "This one isn't going to miss so prepare yourself." Thomas nodded and said "That's great you do that then." As she slammed her fist down on Thomas he teleported beside her fist and said "You were off by a few inches." She stared at him and said "So you are paying attention?" Thomas shrugged and said "More or less." She began to rapidly punch at Thomas as she said "Then I should just go all out." As her fists hit the ground Thomas yawned and said "At this rate you might get me by tomorrow." She stopped punching and shouted "Stop teleporting and fight me." Thomas closed his book and said "Alright then." Thomas held out his hand and revealed some seeds. Thomas smiled and said "I mentioned this earlier, that I could do something with seeds." Thomas tossed them at her and said "I can grow them instantly." As the seeds hit her they began to turn into vines and grew around her. Thomas smiled and said "It costs a lot of mana but it should be enough to slow you down." She began to rip through the vines with ease as she said "This isn't enough to hold me." Thomas shrugged and said "Yeah well that was only a distraction so I could use aura release." As Thomas's aura surrounded him he jumped at her head and said "The distraction worked so well that you didn't even realize I was going for a direct hit." Thomas punched her in the center of her forehead and said "My goal was never to tie you up, my only goal was to prevent you from moving even if it was only for a short time." As she fell backwards Thomas began to walk back towards the city as he said "I'm going back to the inn." She stared at him and said "I understand that you won but can you at least hear my request?" Thomas glanced at her and said "Alright let's hear it." She stared at him and said "I can't fit into an inn, I wanted to ask you to stay out here with me." Thomas stared at her and asked "Is that all?" Rose nodded and said "I've been alone for a while now, it would be nice to have someone I could talk to." Thomas day down and sat "I guess we can set up a camp here." Thomas summoned a stack of wood in front of him and a piece in his hand. As fire came from his hand and lit the piece of wood on fire he threw it on top of the wood and said "The others shouldn't mind." Rose sat down on the opposite side of the fire and said "I'm sorry for troubling you." Thomas yawned and said "Don't worry about it, I just want to sleep." Rose held his book out in the palm of her hand and said "You dropped this." Thomas grabbed the book and said "Thanks for grabbing it." Rose stared at him and asked "What's the book about?" Thomas stared at her and said "Its a book about dimensional travel, most of its just theories though." As Thomas laid down Rose asked "Is there a reason your reading that book?" Thomas yawned and said "I promised a friend that I'd get stronger and fight her, unfortunately she lives in a different dimension, and I met her on a whim." Rose stared at Thomas and said "So the theories are true?" Thomas shook his head and said "The book says only dimensional being should be able to travel through the dimensions freely, however if you find a tear in the dimensional fabrics of reality your able to travel through it." Thomas stared at Rose and said "Long story short, I either found one of those rips or I created one." Thomas stared at the sky and said "The only problem with the theory is I would've had to know about the rip in order to travel through it." Rose stared at him and said "That must be hard to figure out." Thomas sighed and said "I suppose I could easily figure this out." Rose stared at him and asked "How can you figure it out?" Thomas smiled and said "If I can create an entrance to my subconscious and physically be there it'll mean that I'm a dimensional being, however if I can't then I have no idea how I traveled to that dimension." Rose stared at Thomas and asked "Is something like that really possible?" Thomas stood up and said "I can always give it a shot." Rose stared at him and waited patiently as she asked "But wouldn't something like that be incredibly difficult to do?" Thomas stood there and closed his eyes as he said "It'll be extremely difficult to do, since I don't have a book to explain how it's done or anyone to show me how to do it." Thomas stood there and said "I'm gonna need you to stay quite for a minute so I can concentrate." Rose sat there and watch in anticipation as she said "Okay." As Thomas stood there for a moment he opened his eyes and said "I think it's actually a lot simpler then what I just mentioned." She stared at him and asked "How is something like that simple." Thomas stared at her and said "I might not have been there physically but I should be able to enter it with my blink spell." Thomas smiled and said "Even better I can probably use the blink spell to make an entrance." Thomas held his hand out in front of him and said "Only one way to find out." As a massive door made of mana appeared in front of them Thomas said "I made the door big enough to fit both me and you." Thomas yawned and said "I can keep it open for at least three minutes so let's go through so I can close it." As they entered Thomas looked around and said "This is it." Rose stared at him and asked "What's it?" Thomas looked around and said "This is my subconscious." Rose looked around and said "I thought it would look a lot more complex." Thomas glanced at Rose and said "I'm dimensional being?" Rose stared at him and said "Congratulations." Thomas looked up and said "It's day here but it was night in the other world." Rose stared at him and said "That's because this place is in your head." Thomas stared at her and said "But if I'm a dimensional being what happened to make me lose my memory?"
