The orc man smiled and said "May our final match between Thomas and Toby begin, and May the winner claim the prize." Toby dashed at Thomas and said "I have a huge advantage this time so I shouldn't even have to worry about losing!" Thomas aimed his hand at Toby and smiled as mana formed in front of Thomas Toby stopped moving and held his ground. As a tree appeared Toby stood there confused and asked "Why did you summon a tree?" Thomas shrugged as Toby said "I see, not even you know why." Toby pointed his sword at Thomas and said "If not even you know what your doing then how shall I?" Thomas walked towards the tree and said "W-who knows." Thomas held his hand on the tree and asked "Why did I store this?" Toby sighed and said "He really doesn't know." Thomas put the tree back into the sub space and said "Alright let's do t-this thing." Toby nodded and said "I'll activate my prayer and then come at you with everything I've got!" Thomas sat down and said "Okay." As Toby said the prayer Poppy stood in front of Thomas and said "If you'd like I can rid you of this drunken state." Thomas stared at her and asked "How?" She pointed at him and said "How doesn't matter but if I do this your going to have an immediate hangover." Thomas stared at her blankly as she said "Your clearly not understanding this so I'll just do it." As Poppy disappeared Thomas held his head and said "Son of a." As Poppy reappeared she said "I removed the alcohol that was deluding your mind, and since you can probably understand me now, that hangover is the after effect." Thomas looked up at Toby and asked "When did he get here?" Poppy pointed at him and said "He's your final opponent in this tournament!" Thomas stood up and said "Well then let's get this show on the road." Toby quit preying and stared at Thomas as he smiled and said "Now that I've boosted my power let's do this for real." Thomas stared at him and said "Bring it." Toby smiled and dashed towards Thomas as he raised his sword above and prepared to slam it down on top of Thomas. Thomas smiled and bowed with one of his hands behind his back. As Toby slammed his sword down the others began to panic as they shouted "What is he doing?" Just before Toby's sword could hit however Thomas made his short sword appear in the hand behind his back blocking Toby's blade. Toby took the blade away from Thomas's back and said "Your not drunk anymore are you?" Thomas stood straight up with a smile and said "What gave me away?" Toby smiled and said "That block was to planned out." Thomas swing his short sword around and said "It's been a while since I've been in weapon you weapon combat." Toby swung his sword at Thomas and shouted "It's an honor to restore that feeling!" Thomas leaned back dodging the sword as he said "And I suppose it's an honor to fight the hero too." As Thomas swung his sword back a tall women with red hair appeared and said "The hero has asked for my divine protection, I shall not allow you to harm him." Just before the sword could strike her Thomas quit swinging it and asked "Who are you?" Thomas powered the sword as she said "I am a god, and I just happened to hear a prayer when I was passing by." She stared at Thomas and said "I bet your shocked by my beauty, any man would if I'm being honest." Thomas stared at her annoyed and said "I don't care what you are quit interfering with our match." She glared at Thomas and said "This mortal is very rude." Toby stood up and asked "Why haven't any of my other prayers summoned a god?" She stared at him and said "Its like I said I was just passing by and couldn't ignore someone in need." Thomas stared at her and said "Well miss your interrupting something." She turned and stared at him as she said "Not miss, I am known as Emera a goddess who decided to travel outside of the heavenly realm." Thomas stared at her confused and said "God?" She nodded and said "Now you understand right?" Emera turned to Toby and said "I may not be a goddess fit for combat but even so I the goddess of love can still fight." Thomas grabbed her by the shoulder and said "No one needs you to fight, we need you to go away so we can fight." Toby stared at Emera and asked "Is it true you can help me fight?" Thomas stared at the orc man and asked "Is the match still going on?" The orc man shrugged as Thomas said "I seriously have to wait for some random girl who showed up to leave." She glared at Thomas and said "I'm not some girl I am a goddess of love." Thomas glared at her and asked "Thats great and all but I don't have a clue about what your talking about." She stared at him and said "You really don't know what a god is?" Thomas shrugged and said "If a god is someone who interrupts a tournament then you've taught me something new, so you can go now." She walked towards him and grabbed his shoulders as she said "Your not arrogant Your just a moron." Thomas glared at her and said "Leave." She raised her hand and prepared to slap him as she said "A mortal shall not speak to a god this way." Thomas teleported behind her dodging the slap as he said "If you won't leave I'll just knock you out of the arena." Thomas punched her the back but it had no effect. Emera turned around unfazed and said "You'd dare to hit a goddess." Thomas glared at her and asked "Why won't you just leave the arena." Lily ran out into the ring and towards Thomas as she said "Wait please stop." The people in the crowd all stood there speechless as Lily grabbed Thomas's tail and said "You shouldn't be rude to a god." Thomas fell to the ground and said "T-tail, p-please let go." Emera swiped the tail away from Lily and said "This should teach you to attack a goddess." Toby walked towards her and said "Although I agree that what he did to you was wrong, could you please listen to him and quit interrupting our fight." Emera let go of his tail and said "Very well but only because the one who prayed asked of it." Thomas stood up and held his tail as he said "Why is it so easy to just beat me by grabbing my tail." Toby stared at Thomas and said "You don't have to worry I don't plan on using that weakness against you." As Emera and Lily left the ring Toby said "Alright we should get this fight on with already." Thomas stared at Toby annoyed and said "It's your fault she was summoned here in the first place." Toby laughed and said "Surely you can't blame me for a goddess showing up." Thomas teleported in front of him and teleported them both high above the ground outside of the ring and said "Oh I can definitely blame you." As they fell Thomas stared at him and said "At this height we should survive." Thomas smiled and said "I'm gonna get back to the arena, good luck." Thomas teleported back to the ring and sat down and began to count down. As Thomas said zero Toby hit the ground landing outside of the ring. Moments later Emera walked into the ring and said "Alright now that he's lost it's my turn." Emera picked Thomas up by his shirt and said "He might not have beat you but I plan to give you a beating for earlier." Thomas stared at her and said "It's your own fault for interfering." Lily ran into the ring once again and said "Please don't hurt him." Emera stared at her and said "Give me one reason I shouldn't beat this mortal to death." Thomas glared at her and said "What makes you think you could?" She raised her hand and said "Would you like me to prove it!" Thomas head butted her and said "Bring it." As he head butted her she stumbled back and held her head as she said "When I kill you I'll make sure you suffer long after death." Thomas wiped dirt off of his jacket and said "Time out I have to claim my prize." As Thomas walked up to the orc man Emera glanced at Lily and asked "Why is this mortal so persistent?" Lily shrugged and said "Might be because he has no memories, or maybe it's just how he is." Emera stared at Lily and asked "What kind of mortal challenges a god?" Lily sighed and said "Unfortunately I don't think he knows what a god is." As Thomas grabbed the prize book from the orc man he walked back towards the goddess and said "Alright, I don't remember what we were doing but I know it was important." Emera sighed in disappointment and said "your not even worth my time."
