Chapter 63 - Chapter 63 Information From Lewis

As Thomas woke up he held his head as he mumbled "What the hell happened last night?" As he looked around he seen that they were all in the same bed as he nervously mumbled "I hope that it's not what I'm expecting!" Thomas got out of the bed and nervously walked to the door as mumbled "I'm sure I didn't." As Thomas reaches for the door knob he heard Ocis behind him as she said "I can't believe what you did last night!" Thomas turned around as and stared at her as if he had seen a ghost. As she stood their Thomas muttered "What did I do last night?" Ocis stared at Thomas as she walked up to him and wrapped her arms around him as she said "You stuck up for me at the bar." Thomas let out a sigh of relief as he mumbled "Good nothing happened." As Ocis let go Thomas turned back to the door and said "I'm gonna be heading out for a bit." As he went to leave Ocis walked in front of the door as she said "Daisy said i shouldn't let you leave!" Thomas stared at her as he asked "Why?" Ocis stared at him as she said "If they got a new batch of flyers with your face on it then they'll recognize you." Thomas teleported behind her as he started to walk away as he said "Then I'll be sure to be extra careful." Ocis turned around as she watched him walk off as she sadly muttered "I couldn't stop him." Ocis closed the door and went back inside the room as she mumbled "I'll wake the others and then we can stop him from going out." Thomas glanced back as he walked down some stairs and up to the counter as he sat down and mumbled "I can't do anything risky until this whole wanted thing blows over." Thomas sighed as he glanced at a picture as he mumbled "The people in the picture look pretty happy at least." The man running the inn over heard Thomas as he said "The people in that picture happen to be my family." Thomas stared at him as he sadly said "Must be nice." The man stared at Thomas as he said "Unfortunately no, You see my wife died and recently my daughter has been kidnapped." Thomas stared at the man as he asked "Did you tell the guards?" The man nodded as he said "They refuse to do anything about and their isn't anything I can do." Thomas stared at the man as he asked "Can you tell me anything about these bandits?" The man stared at Thomas as he said "The bandits are known for terrorizing our town." Thomas stared at the man as he said "I almost forgot by I don't know the name of this town." The man stared at Thomas as he said "Your in the town of Amberdenn." Thomas stood up as he said "Thanks for telling me your story." The man nodded as he said "We don't get many tourists." Thomas walked out of the inn while saying "I ain't no tourist." As Thomas stepped out of the inn he looked around as he seen a poster of himself as he tore it off the building and mumbled "One hundred gold coins is a little much." Thomas began to walk around the town as he mumbled "Time to gather some more information." Thomas walked back to the bar he was in before as he walked in as he looked around and seen a flyer with his face on it as he mumbled "This is going to go horribly wrong." Thomas walked up to the person running the bar as he sat down and asked "You wouldn't happen to know any information about the bandits in this town would you?" The man behind the counter ignored Thomas as a man beside him turned and stared at Thomas as he said "It depends on what you want to know." Thomas glanced at him as he asked "I wanna know where they're located." The man glanced at Thomas as he asked "And why do you want to know that?" Thomas looked around as he noticed Everyone in the bar was staring at him as he said "I'm just looking for something to do." One of the people who were staring at Thomas stood up and walked over to him as he stood in front of Thomas towering over him as he asked "So tell me how is a runt like you worth one hundred gold coins?" Thomas glanced at him as he asked "Do you have information on the bandits?" The man bent down as he stared Thomas in the eye as he said "Answer my question!" Thomas stared at the man he was previously talking to as he said "Just ignore those guy, now then can you tell me where the bandits are located?" The man Thomas was talking to looked at the giant man beside Thomas as he said "Their located quite far from here, if you'd like I can show you where they are." The giant man grabbed Thomas as he shouted "Answer me!" Thomas punched the giant man directly in the face as the man fell to the ground Thomas said "I'll take you up on that offer." Everyone in the bar looked away from Thomas as he began to walk out of the bar as he said "I'm surprised only one person attempted to fight me." The man Thomas was talking to followed him out of the bar as he said "Do you realize what you just did?" Thomas glanced at him as he said "You just beat another wanted person." Thomas continued to walk as he said "Lead the way." The man stared at Thomas as he said "Your unfazed by beating someone worth five gold?" Thomas shrugged as he said "What's the point it's not like I can claim it." The man stared at Thomas as he said "That may be true but if you beat someone with a bounty they'll recognize you as a more dangerous person and will likely add what he was worth to your bounty." Thomas shrugged as he said "What's five more gold coins gonna do?" The man stared at Thomas as he said "Theirs a famous bounty hunter and everyone that's ever ran into him has died and if your bounty keeps growing he might get interested and hunt you down." Thomas stared at the man as he said "I'll deal with the bounty hunter later, but right now I need you to lead me to the bandits." The man nodded as he stuck his hand out and said "I should probably tell you why I decided to help you." Thomas stared at him as the man said "I am Lewis and I'm actually quite a big fan of you people who live life freely and do what you want." Thomas grabbed his hand and shook it as he asked "So your a fan of people with bounties?" The man nodded as he said "Well they do live the freest." Thomas let go of the man's hand as he said "Now if you'll please follow me." Thomas followed him as he asked "So how far away is this bandit camp?" The man stared at Thomas as he said "Its not very far, in fact we should be their in less then an hour." Thomas stared at the man and then glanced at the sky as he mumbled "I'll be back by sun fall." The man glanced at Thomas as he said "I couldn't help but notice you don't carry a weapon?" Thomas stared at him as he said "I just don't bother carrying one." The man nodded as he said "I see your quite the brave one." Thomas shook his head as he said "I wouldn't say brave." The man stared at Thomas as he asked "If it isn't bravery then what is it?" Thomas stared at him as he said "Its like that saying goes, theirs a fine line between bravery and stupidity." The man stared at Thomas as he asked "So your just really stupid?" Thomas shrugged as he said "I'm probably in the middle a bit brave and a bit stupid." The man nodded as he said "I'm pretty sure everyone lives somewhere on that line." Thomas stared at him as he said "I may be close to falling off of that line and into stupidity though." The man glanced at Thomas and continued walking as he stopped and pointed to a poorly made settlement as he said "The bandits your searching for should be over their." Thomas began to walk towards the settlement as he said "You can either stay for the show or you can go, I'll leave that choice up to you." The man sat down as he said "I'd love to see what a one hundred gold bounty looks like at work!" The man glanced at the settlement as he said "Actually as of now your bounty is one hundred and five because you beat that other guy."
