I wasn't looking for a relationship on March 1,2018. But I didn't realize that night in the rain would change my life in many ways than I could count. I was sitting at a bus stop in the rain hurting and crying I had just come out of a relationship and I was staying with a family friend who I trusted since childhood. I never thought that my family friend would hurt me. His name is Patrick Johnson. Patrick and I stayed in a motel room in Sanford Florida.I was raped every night. I was never allowed to say no and when I did he would punish me by hitting me over and over again sometimes he would have rough sex with me longer than usual if I said no. I never liked it I would lay awake for hours praying,crying and asking God to help me. I spent all day and everyday plotting my escape. One day I got a call from my ex boyfriend Shawn. He wanted to see me so that night I decided to go meet with him at the Walmart down the street from my motel room. Which is how I ended up at the bus stop in the rain. As I was sitting at the bust stop a handsome man named Liam very politely told me that I was beautiful I didn't believe him but I politely responded with the words thank you while looking around nervously. Liam told me a fine woman like me shouldn't be out in the rain he asked me my name I said my name is Luna he asks me where was I going I said "I'm going to Walmart to meet up with my ex boyfriend Shawn" Liam then asks me if I wanted to walk with him? I said," Yes" So Liam walked me to Walmart while making sure I was kept from the rain. as we are walking my phone rings I answer and it's my ex boyfriend Shawn I tell Shawn "I'm on my way" Shawn says,"Okay".Liam and I get to the Walmart Liam gives me his phone number and tells me "If I need him to call him".Then Liam goes into Walmart.I call Shawn and tell him "That I am waiting for him ". Shawn tells me he is coming and asks me," What I wanted to do with him"? I screamed at Shawn and asked him "If he it wanted to see me to have sex with me? Shawn says," Yes " I tell him "No" and he tells me he doesn't want to see me. I'm sitting at the Walmart bust stop crying when Liam comes walking up to me looking surprised that I was still sitting in the same spot he left me in. Liam asked me," What happened"? And I told him in tears that Shawn only wanted to see me to have sex. Liam tells me that I deserve better. Liam walks me back home and I go into my motel room and prepare for the worse night to disappear.
