Aria sighed and turned away from the window, putting her head between her knees again.
Joseph continued to knock on the window but Aria gave him no heed.
"Look up for god's sake!!! It's really difficult to hold two people in the air for so long!!!" Joseph suddenly shouted which made Aria look up.
She was very surprised to see Harper beside Joseph, looking very afraid as she looked down. Her face changed into one of extreme worry as she looked at Aria.
Aria got up and dragged her body to the window. She opened it and let Joseph and Harper in.
"You don't know when to give up right?" Aria said as Joseph wiped his brow and slumped on her big bed.
"If there's one thing I'm good at, it's not giving up." Joseph said and Aria shook her head and turned towards Harper.
She forced out a smile and said, "Hii Harper. I'm so sorry Joseph dragged you here."
Harper hurriedly shook her head and said, "No no. I was coming to find you when I suddenly bumped into Joseph. He was so worried about you that I assented to fly with him. Which I very much regret now."
Joseph chuckled as Aria went to a drawer and took something out.
She gave it to Harper and said, "Could you give this to mother and father? Thanks."
Harper looked at the wrapped packet and asked, "What's in it?"
"A letter and a gift." Aria shrugged and Harper nodded.
Just as Aria turned away from her, Harper suddenly bowed and said, "Thank you Aria!!"
"Huh?" Aria asked as she turned around.
Harper straightened up and said, "Those girls apologized to me and told me they were leaving too. That their guilt wouldn't let them stay here. Though I don't know what you did, at least they didn't go unpunished."
"Guilt right?" Aria scoffed to herself before saying aloud, "All of them?"
"All except one. But I don't care about that. I'm just happy they apologized." Harper said and then looked down, like she wanted to say something else.
"What is it Harper? Something bothering you?" Joseph asked, and Aria also looked up.
"No nothing.... It's just that..... I wanted to thank Aria for something else." Harper stammered.
Aria sighed, "She wants to talk alone Joseph."
"Oh....." Joseph stood up as realisation dawned on him. "Then I'll get going. I have something I want to do anyway." he said as he climbed out of the window.
Aria spoke once Joseph had gone, "You don't have to thank me Harper. I don't think I've done anything to deserve it."
Harper tilted her head, "What happened to you? You've done nothing to be thankful for? You actually saved me life!!!!!"
"Which you yelled at me for." Aria scoffed.
"I'm sorry. I said it before, and I'm willing to say it as many times it takes for you to forgive me." Harper said.
Aria shook her head, "I've forgiven you. It's me I can't forgive."
"What for?" Harper asked and waited for Aria to answer, sighed when she didn't.
"We all have days we feel like a loser. Like we can't do anything right Aria. And I want to remind you, that's all they are. Bad days." Harper said.
