Aria twirled her fingers and wind blew in from the open window. The wind lifted Aria off her feet and she began floating in mid-air.
Aria got disbalanced a little and turned upside down in mid-air. Natalia, worried, said, "Careful, Aria." Aria hurriedly put her hands on her skirt and laughed as she steadied herself.
After she regained balance again, Aria giggled and flew across the room.
Natalia looked around at her and smiled. She said as Aria stopped to hover over her bed, "Very good Aria. You're getting better." Aria giggled some more as the door suddenly flew open.
Julia burst into the room and said, "Mom, have you seen Aria? WOW ARIA!!!! You're flying!?!?"
Due to the noise, Aria got distracted and turned her head to look at Julia. But her focus was dispersed and she fell with a thud. It was lucky that she had been hovering over the bed, so Aria landed beside her mother on the bed.
She rubbed her buttocks and said, "I was flying. You distracted me."
Julia ran up to her, "It was so great. Do it again, Could you make me fly too?"
Aria: "Well actually flying others doesn't take as much concentration. I probably could..."
But Natalia held Aria's hands before she could start bending, "No one is going to make anyone fly anymore. And Julia, what are you doing here? Has the event already finished?"
Aria: "Event? What event?"
Julia: "No mom, it's not finished. But it's sooooo boooooringggg. And Beth is really enjoying so she won't talk to me. So, I came to get Aria."
Aria: "Get me? What event?"
Natalia: "Aria, today your father and grandfather organised a kind of, you can say, get together. Many princes from all over the kingdom have been called to meet your sisters."
Julia: "Yeah, and it's really boring."
Aria: "Sot that's why I could not find you guys."
Natalia: "Yes, they had to get ready after breakfast. And you are too young and we knew you would hate to go to such an event."
Julia: "Please mom, can I take her with me? Please?"
Natalia rubbed her temples and said, "Okay. But only if Aria agrees."
Normally, Aria would have declined right away. But she was really bored today and was a tad curious about what kind of boys could make Beth forget her own sister. So she pretended to be in thought and said, "On one condition, I'm not dressing up."
Natalia looked at Aria up and down. She was wearing a regular dress which could easily be considered a party dress. She was the granddaughter of the king after all. And as Aria had stayed indoors all day, her dress was presentably clean. Penny had tied Aria's hair into a half-ponytail. And Aria was so beautiful that she would look like a complete angel in everything.
Natalia sighed, "Fine. Now go. They must be waiting for you, Julia. And I'm dead sleepy."
Hearing this Julia excitedly took Aria's hand and ran out of the room.
The rest of the day, Aria did not get bored, not even a little bit. As she entered the hall with Julia, she saw that there were around five or six princes, ranging from about ten years to fifteen years.
