Started his career as an actor with Saugandh movie in 1989, where he entered the screen upside down.Then afterwards never looked back. His movies include Saugandh, Sabse BADA khiladi, Khiladiyon Ka khiladi, Mohra,Deedar, Barood,Daava,Taraazu, Lahoo ke do rang etc . Mostly his films are action thriller films. His name has been linked with many different actresses like Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Karisma Kapoor,Kareena and Katreena Kaif.

He was born in Amritsar,Punjab on 7 September 1967. He went to Singapore and learned Marshall Arts, completed with black belt and used to train children in Judo at Hong Kong. He is a specialist in Taekwondo and Jiu jutsu. He won his first Filmfare awards for the movie Ajnabee in a negative role . After wards he married Twinkle and had a son Aarav who is as tall as his father now.
