Plethora woke up in a bed, his own bed. He couldn't remember anything after fainting and new that the only person who might have amswers is his mom. And so he jumped up, feeling exceptionally well.
He gained a lot of understanding on his techniques and felt fitter overal. So he took a couple of minutes to get used to what he knows.
First is the elephant in the room. He has a map in his head, a map of a place he doesn't recognise yet, but he is sure that if he can find a big map he can locate the area as the map in his head goes over a large area with quite a number of landmarks.
The second thing is that he can make nine clones now, totalling up to 10 including himself. Starting to truly becoming a plethora of himselfs.
This reminded him of that he should contact Moeder. He never did that after the first time. And he should've gained about 9 points now.
And so he said out loud, but softly: "Moeder, show me shortcomings." And the words start appearing in his mind's eye.

Name: Outcast Titan (1/6)
Quality: God (Now Earth)
Level: Novice (Max Novice)
Description: A technique made by six outcasted Titan's who for one reason or an other were not imprisoned underneath the earth by the gods. The technique takes the strong points of the Titans and adds what they learned from being defeated by the gods, strength in numbers!
Effect:
1, This technique transcends the need for a specific body. Humanoid bodies have an increase in understanding.
2, The six Titans developed a cloning technique that in their eyes was the perfect technique, going for both quality and quantity. The technique on it's own isn't as impressive, but if one connects all the six Atlas's techniques to this one it will show it's true worth.
3, The Titan Atlas was not the strongest, but he had the strongest will, a will further strengthened after carrying the heavens for an eternity. His input in the technique was to be able to carry anything without disturbing oneself or what one carries. It also gives the phantoms willpower to think and act, reducing the need to command drastically.
Collected Skills (1/6)
1, Atlas's Phantom, Adept
Passive:
One True Master]
'That's a lot to take in...' Plethora thinks to himself. But a few things become clear. Apparently Atlas's Phantom was a technique made by that immense statue, so that statue was Atlas? But he was carrying the ceiling, definitely not the heavens!
But the better thing was that it was only a part of a greater technique! And Myriad Phantom turned out to be the glue to add those techniques together, to form the greater technique named Outcast Titan.
'So that my great grandfather got that technique was the mission Atlas gave Primus?' Plethora thinks to himself. And then it hits him. 'So the map points me to the next part of the technique, the next Titan!' This makes him both scared and excited, Atlas's presence was immense, even compared to the aura of the King it was incomparable.
The other thing he noticed was just higher numbers in general, indicating the stronger feeling he got. Strength and Agility got the lowest increases while Intelligence and Willpower got the highest increases, probably due to breaking through in Outcast Titan, Atlas's Phantom and the thinking he did to combine the two.
So by now he wanted to take a look at the other thing Moeder does for him. "Moeder, I need your teachings." Sounded out softly in the room.
[You're doing well Plethora, talent and luck are at your side for now, but never let this cloud your mind. Both can be as useful and useless on your way to the top.]
[You gained 5 points due to being able to make phantoms that can influence the world around them mildly and think like you for yourself, I'm proud.]
[You have 5 points]
[Do you want to see active or passive skills that you can buy?]
Words appear in his mind's eye, words that give off a maternal feeling. It makes him trust the words, he believes the one who talks to him truly wants him to prosper.
But he has quite an awesome cloning technique already. He could probably use another passive one, one that might have a more prominent effect.
"Passive, Moeder"
[Take a look child.]
[Passive: (up to 5 points)
Increased realistically (slight) 1
Increased influence on reality (slight) 1
Increased senses (slight) 1

But as Percy is looking at the list he sees a golden line. 'One more 3 (-70%)' And this makes him wonder 'Does Moeder do sales too?' And as he guesses that's a yes! Everyone who sells something should have sails.
As he focuses on that one to see what it does a popup comes up [Due to golden sales regulations one cannot see the information about this item, buy cheap or buy smart!]
'What the heck? Shouldn't one try to buy smart and cheap?' But sales are the way mother tests her contenders to see how they react on these situations. A technique that used to be 10 points and now 3 will still be better than a 5 points technique, can he take a leap of faith or will he stay safe and just pick one of which he is sure what it'll do?
"Moeder, I've decided. I want 'One More' and 'Pupil (incomplete)'" The 'Pupil (Incomplete)' is a technique that increases the rate of learning and enlightenment a clone can get. The phantoms can train, but it'll just create a smoother execution of a technique, there will be no deeper understanding. This technique should bring a difference in that, although it might still be a rather minor increase as the technique is incomplete.
A moment after Plethora said those words two things happened, a single book appeared in his hands, and a slurry of information comes in his mind. It's gentle and subtle, even though he can feel it coming in it feels like it has always been there. It's like a forces enlightenment, making things that were in his head already clear. A part of a puzzle falling together. But this puzzle is all white, and the pieces all look practically the same.
A few minutes later the purpose and how it works of One More becomes completely clear to Plethora. It is a technique that makes it that the clones can push their limits to deliver one more hit after receiving more damage than they can handle, and very rarely it can push a phantom with enough sense of purpose to go on to take out one more enemy. The best part is that the clones will look like they dissipated until they strike. The latter type that will go for one more enemy will get a new life which will make him almost invincible. This part of the technique takes inspiration from different curses.
A technique that truly pushes the limits and can create many openings when used correctly.
The book in Plethora's hands reads Pupil on the cover. He opens it and is shocked. 'It truly couldn't be as good as promised for that price.'
It's incomplete in the way that there are literal pages missing. He thought his Outcast Titan is incomplete too, so he expected it to just need to buy new parts if he wants to make it complete later.
He sighs and just decides to read what's there later, maybe he can find some useful tips.
He walks to the bathroom and freshens up before going downstairs. He walks straight to the dining hall as he's used to, and his mother is there. She looks up as Percy walks in, she shoots up from her chair and catches Percy in one of her death hugs. "I was so worried! Your stupid ancestors and their stupid mission. When you suddenly disappeared towards that empty room I freaked out, but the letter said it might happen..."
She let's go and Percy takes a deep breath, then she continues. "So, what happened? He never told me anything about what's really down there, only that the castle is build on an old dungeon."
Percy then continues to tell her everything about the dungeon, about Atlas, and what he needs to do next. This time she's truly amazed. "My son is a genius! Let's go to the capital already and spend a lot of your dad's money, making me worry and lonely like this!" She let's out an angry grunt at her husband before she calls for someone to get some dinner for Percy.
Percy then enjoys another meal with his mother. Something that feels like the last time they did that was both only a short while ago and long ago.
A gentle smile appears on the mother and son duo.
