In an expansive and luxurious office, the silhouette of a man could be seen standing in front of a window overlooking a busy street. From above, he watched the pedestrians moving around hurriedly like they had somewhere to be. There was also the cluster of cabs and cars on the road since it was already lunch hour; but despite the hustle and bustle going on around him, the man seemed to be completely detached from it all. He was lost in his own world of thoughts and although he seemed to be watching everything going on within the vicinity but he could not really see anything around him.
His thoughts were wandering around but also revolving around one person, Mo Ning. He couldn't stop himself from thinking back on the incident that took place the previous day and it kept playing on and on in his mind as if on loop. And as the scene kept replaying, he couldn't help himself but to tighten his fist like he was trying to suppress something but was finding it difficult to do.
