I now noticed that there was a different kind of essence when my Qi Sea had been formed, it was almost exactly like the void essence but it had a different feeling all together, like it was everywhere I was and everywhere I wasn't.
Chen Xiao had informed me that this essence was the so called space essence, if I would be able to utilize this I would be able to travel in and out of the different space pockets and I could even travel to different planes using this if I was strong enough.
Chen Xiao had told me that there was a different kind of essence that was called Time Essence, which would allow me to control time. If I was able to utilize it well enough I could even make time move backwards while I had not aged nor de-aged a single bit. But that I would need to be able to absorb Superior rank 9 Void Essence and Space Essence to even think of touching the lower rank 1 Time Essence.
At this point I had absorbed 150 molecules of void essence, 25 was refined during the process of forming the Qi Sea. After that I had worked tirelessly to refine the 25 extra, by now my body could just barely handle being able to refine 50 molecules of the Lower Rank 1 Void Essence.
Chen Xiao had told me that there were 3 realms of cultivation. The first was Body Refinement, Qi Sea Refining, then Spiritual Strengthening that required me to upgrade my soul basically.
He had also told me that I had refined my Qi Sea so that I would be able to utilize the Void Essence to be able to refine my body, since I couldn't utilize the Essence to refine my body fast enough. The process did weaken my Qi Sea and my body in the process, leading me want to work hard strengthening my body first before refining much Essence.
