In the dark expanse of vast emptiness, a soul was floating around. it looked like a bright glowing orb the size of a fist. It illuminated the area around it like a beacon of light in the world of darkness.
"Ah where am I" suddenly the soul woke up and started looking around but all it could see was darkness
"What the hell where is this place wait Am I dead ?" confused the soul asked itself and tried to remember.
"AHHHHHHHHH'shit I remember" shouted the soul as it remembered saving a cat from the clutches of a vengeful being also known as 'Truck Kun'.
"Hmmm so first I am dead second I am floating around in this dead space so third should be a hot goddess giving me wishes and reincarnation soooo where is she? hmm." charged the soul looking around and talking to itself.
Minutes passed by then hours after hours but nothing happened no god or goddess came to the rescue.
"Ummm…hello is anybody here..if you are then you can stop hiding and come and tell me that I am going to be reincarnated. I won't mind even if u are some old geezer rather then a hot goddess. I promise, anyone " shouted the soul in this empty void but the void remained silent as if no sound can ever be heard in this darkness.
After that, the soul tried multiple times calling out in the void for hours but not even a whisper came. In the end, the soul stopped shouting as no result came about.
"Did I get duped by that truck? or there is no reincarnation for saving cats? By god That would be pretty racist " murmured the soul in itself and started remembering his life or his past life should he say now.
He was just another 16-year-old kid living his life. If there is anything unordinary that would be he was also an orphan but he didn't feel anything sad about it as he was always an orphan as told by the sisters in the orphanage. They found him as a baby crying in a dustbin that the orphanage used to throw their garbage in.
They never treated him badly or any kid in the orphanage for that matter. yes, the rules were strict but that's how it should be otherwise how are you going to manage a place with hundreds of kids rummaging about.
His only regret was he didn't get the chance to repay them for their kindness as he wanted to be someone rich in the future and help them.
Especially because the government also helped the orphanage by giving money for the education of the kids and other things albeit to a limited extent. Alas!he died and now he was here in the vast expanse of the unknown with no future ahead or at least it seemed so!!
"Hello anybody hear Hellooooooooooooooooo hello, hello hello hello hello any 'son of a god', 'mother of a child' hello " shouting nonstop for so long with no reply left him irritated as he couldn't understand why the hell was he in this godforsaken place if not for some reincarnation shit. If he wasn't supposed to be reincarnated why the hell is he not in heaven or hell for that matter if those even exist.
After shouting for some time he calmed down as he got no reply so he understood it was pretty useless so he started thinking about what he could do in this situation. After thinking for some time he made up his mind.
"I don't know if anybody is hearing me or not but if anybody is listening and this is some kind of test or something for me to pass, then I am sorry I am not a very bright guy, to begin with as I am just another guy from a world of billions of people." said the soul and stopped for a bit to gather his thoughts. People would think him as a mad person talking alone to himself but what could he do in this lone void this is the only choice he had.
"Other then that if I need to have some other requirements such as a clean soul or dark soul the I don't know about that as it is not for me to decide but I do have may wishes. You can call it greed but what can I say in the end I am a human with desires unfulfilled and definitely no saint so I want to ask for some wishes." after saying this much he looked around to see if there is any sign or reaction in the dark void but no answer came.
"Ok so I had many wishes that I wanted to ask as I thought this was one of the reincarnation situation in those fanfics where the mc gets to reincarnate in the world of his choosing with different powers so I also wanted to ask like Reincarnating in a cultivation world have awesome powers with a big harem, conquering the world and all, man that would have been awesome, but seeing how stingy you are I will not ask many:" after saying this much he stopped trying to think what to ask.
After some time he determined himself thinking this will be the last words he will say in this dark world regardless of the result.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE KIDS AND THE ORPHANAGE IN THE FUTURE" saying this he ended his speech.
After saying his wish he shut up and didn't say anything after that and continued to flow in this void of darkness.
Time passed but nothing happened, he didn't know if he got tired or bored but eventually, his consciousness faded away and now there was only a ball of light floating in the void with no destination.
'Zzz zzz' suddenly space fluctuated and two bright lights appeared in this darkness each the size of a sun illuminated the whole void. Upon a closer look, a person would find that those were not two suns but rather two eyes. Eyes when opens illuminate every creation in the universe and when closed darkness descends.
Right now the rays of these terrifying eyes were descending on a particular ball of light floating in the void. After some time a maelstrom the size of 10 story building appeared in void. Its appearance looked like it was made out of darkness spiraling together to form the maelstrom.
Soon space began to crack around the maelstrom and the ball of light-headed directly into the maelstrom.
As soon as the ball entered the maelstrom the bright eyes in the void shot out a ray capable of destroying myriad worlds directly into the ball of light.
"GRANTED" this defining word resounded in the whole void as if it was the decree of the Supreme being.
As soon as the words came out the void shattered and maelstrom disappeared and so did the ball of light.

A ball of light was traveling at an unfathomable speed inside a maelstrom.
"Aaaah' a long yawn came about, what is going on? Can't I even sleep properly?" said the soul while waking up after a long nap.
Hmm! What's going on? What is this spiraling vortex? Where am I going?' shouted the soul while looking around not knowing what his future going to be.
"HELLO MASTER" An unknown voice came.
"Who?" was the first reply of the soul
