Chapter 1 - I did it!!!!

Oh boy, I finally did it! After months of playing this game, I have finally defeated that wicked villainess. It took me forever to complete all the routes, but now I can proudly say I'm the champion! That villainess had some serious issues, though. Her so-called "love" for the prince was more like an unhealthy obsession with his power and authority as the crown prince's fiancee. Talk about being power-hungry!

But hey, I can't help feeling a bit sorry for her. I mean, she did have a pretty face. Oops, did I just say that out loud? Oh no, I totally forgot I'm on a train surrounded by people. They're all smiling at me now. Ugh, talk about embarrassing!

Anyways, where are my manners? Hi there, I'm Rina Tachibana, a fashion designer extraordinaire! I come from a wealthy family but used to live with my step-mom, dad, and my step-sister. Let's just say they weren't exactly the best family to live with, so I moved out. Good riddance!

So, here I am, minding my own business and belting out a tune as I head home from work. Suddenly, some random person stops me on the street and asks if I want to be an idol or singer. Can you believe that? Me, an idol? I kindly declined, of course, and continued on my way.

But when I arrived home, something seemed off. The front door was wide open, and who do I find inside? My "dear sister." Yeah, right. She's waiting for me, wearing a fake smile. I can already tell this won't end well.

Sister: Oh sis, there you are. I've been waiting for you.

Me: Hmmm, what does my dear little sister want? (I put on a fake smile, trying to hide my suspicions.)

Sister: Oh, you know, just wanted to talk about some girl stuff.

Me: Really? (Okay, this doesn't sound good. What's she planning?)

Sister: Yeah, let's sit on the sofa. I made your favorite hot cocoa. (Yeah, your favorite drink, and my favorite moment... your demise.)

Me: Alright, let's go. (We sit on the sofa, and she hands me a cup of hot cocoa. Then she starts talking.)

Sister: You know sis, I'm in love with someone. (And that someone happens to be in love with you. You don't even know the guy, but boy, do I despise you!)

Me: Oh, really? And who's the lucky guy who has captured the heart of our princess? (I take a sip of my hot cocoa before it gets cold.)

Sister: Well, you see, this guy is...

Suddenly, a wave of dizziness hits me. My cup slips from my hands and shatters on the floor.

Sister: ...and that guy is in love with you. If you're still around, he'll never look my way. So, you're a necessary sacrifice for my happiness. Muahahaha!

Everything goes black, and then I find myself in a blinding white light. I hear a baby crying. Wait a minute, that baby is me! I see two beautiful people standing by my bed. Who the heck are they? No way, are these my parents?

The woman: Darling, look! Our baby has woken up.

The man: Yes, dear! Our adorable and precious daughter is finally awake.

...Okay, hold on a second. So these two stunning individuals are my parents? No way! How can such gorgeous people be my mom and dad? But forget about that for now. Where the heck am I?

Fast forward two weeks...

Alright, I've gathered all the info I need. So here's the deal: I've somehow reincarnated into an otome game. Remember that embarrassing moment on the train when I shouted, "I did it!"? Well, it turns out I was the villainess I always had a hard time dealing with in the game.

And get this, my new life here is as the spoiled brat of the Duke and Duchess, known as Allia Flow Brice. But honestly, I'm not interested in becoming some stuck-up noble. I'm quite content with my new life because my parents are the sweetest, most loving people ever. Unlike my previous excuse for a family. Ugh, good riddance to them!

Oh, did I mention that magic is real in this world? Yep, just like in the game. Let me give you a quick rundown: there are two types of magic, attacking and defending. And within those, we have common, rare, and legendary magic. Common magic includes wind, fire, earth, and water. The rare category features ice, time, space, and light. And the legendary? It's black magic, supposedly possessed only by the demon lord who got defeated by the hero with light magic.

As for me, well, Allia in the game wasn't exactly a powerhouse. She didn't stand out much with her common wind magic. But our dear heroine, Metrolina, oh boy, she had light magic and stole all the attention. She didn't even have a last name because she was a commoner. Talk about Cinderella vibes!

Anyway, my main goal now is to avoid my villainess fate and ensure the happiness of the heroine and the love interests. I want them to live happily ever after, while I make my parents proud and bask in our own happiness.

Phew, all this thinking has made me tired. Time for some beauty... I mean, baby sleep. Goodnight, everyone!
