"I know...I have sinned, been demoted and exiled, may Queen Beryllium bless your immortal souls and continue guiding humankind." With those words stated, Amethyst jumped off, away from their safe haven.

A few years later...
The university's bell rang, signalling the end of the classes. Most of the students went off their own ways, some straight back home, some to attend organizational meetings or just simply to hang out with friends.
And there was Amy, busy putting her books into her locker, while tapping her foot in rhythm with the music she have been hearing through her headphones.
"Girl~ I've been all over the place looking for you!" A cheerful voice yelled from behind Amy.
The voice came from Opal, Amy's noisy bestie for as long as she could remember. The cheerful girl gave Amy a warm hug that soon turned into a tight embrace.
"Ooff...Opal, you are squeezing the life outta me..." Amy said groaning.
"Oh, my bad, my bad." Opal said apologetically, breaking the one-sided hug.
"You smelled like strawberry today huh? What's up with you switching into different fruit-flavored perfume every single day?" Amy asked with a giggle, taking off her headphones.
"You know what? Let's just go prepare for the upcoming examination." Opal suggested, changing the topic at once.
"To the library then?" Amy asked smiling.
"NOOOO, seriously? Stop being a nerd for once." Opal complained, fishing out her phone from her sling bag.
"Who are you calling now?" Amy asked, letting out a sigh, knowing that her friend would be calling the town's only pizza delivery establishment just to order half a slice of pizza.
Amy even wonders as to how Opal was able to convince the delivery guy to agree with such a ridiculous order. With that thought, Amy hold onto her best friend's wrist putting the phone call down.
"Okaaaay, what's your deal? I'm guessing you have something in mind since you stopped me from ordering my favorite pizza." Opal said making a whining sound.
Amy simply chuckled and silently pulls the end of her friend's uniform, so as to suggest to Opal to go with her out of the school until they reach the outside of the gate.
"Enough girl. I believe I've been patient enough, so tell me..." Opal insisted, shaking the purple-eyed-friend of hers to spill the beans.
"Have you heard about the newly-built amusement park located at the city of North Greeka?" Amy stated with sparkling eyes.
This made Opal laugh, now it's her turn to pull her friend's uniform, this was made habit already by the two and they find it both comfortable and fun.
"My gosh! Why didn't you tell me soon enough?" Opal shrieked excitedly.
"But...there's one thing that is holding me back Opal." Amy said, her tone was cautious.
The latter's best friend already knows what Amy meant. Opal's sky blue eyes darted to Amy's slightly quivering hands, it was without her friend's fear building up.
"Don't worry, as always, I am HERE!" Opal remarked, emphasizing the word 'here' to calm her friend down.
And just like that Amy's fear wilted away.
"As long as you'll be the one to pay for the rides." Opal added afterwards.
This made Amy frown, but then reconsiders, after all Opal is the only friend she trusts in the Human Realm.
"Let's just go." She told Opal.
When they got to the amusement park, they saw different types of rides. From where they are standing, a beautiful Ferris wheel which they estimated to be at most 15 meters high is a sight to behold. Not far from the eye-catching Ferris wheel, is the mini roller coaster with the Beast Bear design, on the left of the coaster is a the Zoo carousel and behind it where Bump cars with flaming hot designs painted in hot neon colors.
"What should we ride first?" Opal asked.
"I'm bored, let's start with the extreme rides baby!" Amy said smirking, excitement radiating from her body.
Opal started sweating upon realizing what she brought herself into.
"Wait...on second thought. Why don't we go for the Zoo carousel first?" Opal asked, as she rubs her nape nervously.
"Jeez, what could go wrong?" Amy asked as she heads straight to the ticket booth.
'Everything actually, you clumsy woman.' Opal thought, despite her worries, she still followed her best friend.
Amy bought 10 pieces of ticket, these would allow them to ride five different carnival entertainments. They did not waste any more time and soon went to the Beast Bear mini roller coaster.
"PLEASE WEAR YOUR SEATBELTS, HOLD ON TIGHT OUR DEAR PASSENGERS." An employee of the park reminded thorough a megaphone.
A chuckle escaped from Amy's lips, her purple-eyes darted to her best friend's reaction.
'I bet she's gonna pee herself. Pfft.'
"Oh no, oh no, no, no....KYAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!" Screamed Opal.
