"Pheinox Strike!" Yumi yelled out as she performed her first attack on the enemy.
"Wow! That is cool!" Sakura complimented.
"Well, I am pretty strong." Yumi rubbed her nose.
The enemies around this area, according to Yumi, are level 30. After fighting these enemies, my experience points have went up.
"Oh, now I'm level 34." I announced.
"All these enemies are so easy to defeat." Yazoyo claimed. "Give me harder ones."
Suddenly, a red dot appeared on top of an enemy in the distance.
"What on earth is that?" Sakura cowered in fear.
"That's what you call area-bosses. They usually range around levels 40 to 100, depending on which area you are in. Since we are in a level 30 area, the boss should be about level 60." Yumi explained.
"Oh, that's interesting." I nodded my head.
"Why don't we try to battle it?" Yazoyo yelled out with excitement.
"But we are only level 30. That thing may be level 60. If we try to go against it, we will surely die." I rejected Yazoyo's idea.
"But we are a guild, aren't we? With a group of level 30s, I'm sure we will be able to defer that boss." Yazoyo explained.
"But..." I tried to argue, but then Sakura interrupted me.
"Well, I can see where Yazoyo is coming from. If we all work together, we might just be able to take on the enemy." Sakura agreed with Yazoyo.
"Well, I guess. Are we able to run if we do get hurt, Yumi?" I asked Yumi before giving the final say.
"Yeah, there should be a run button on the bottom right of your vision if you do want to leave." Yumi informed.
"Alright then. Let's try the area boss." I agreed.
"Yeah! Let's go!" Both Yazoyo and Sakura cheered.
After finally reaching the enemy, Yazoyo makes the first move.
"Dagger strike!" Yazoyo yelled out his move before slashing the bear boss.
I looked up at the HP (health points) of the enemy and saw that Yazoyo made 100 damage out of the enemy's 70,000 HP.
"Shoot, will we make it?" I muttered to myself.
"Phoenix strike!" Yumi made the next move. She took 500 HP from the enemy. "See? We'll be fine." Yumi reassured me.
"I'm more worried about Sakura's attacks." I explained.
Sakura then decided it was her turn. "Water slash!" Sakura used water magic around her basic sword (For every player that doesn't have a offense or defense class, they receive a basic sword). She was only able to deal 70 damage to the enemy.
"See." I said after seeing her attack.
"Oh, I see. That's probably because she is a special skilled class. They usually don't deal that much damage compared to an offense class." Yumi explained. "Alright, I'll go next. Heart shot!"
The heart shot skill that Yumi used seemed to be more powerful than the phoenix stike skill she used prior. The damage that was dealt was 1,000. "The enemy's HP is now at 68,300." I informed the group.
"We aren't dealing enough damage." Yumi groaned.
"How much is the wait time for your skill, Yumi?" I asked.
"Um...5 seconds for phoenix strike, and 8 seconds for heart shot." Yumi told me.
"That's too slow. My wait time for my skill is 3 seconds, but my cast time is 5. It may be too long for me also." I said while checking my skill list. "But let's see..."
I grabbed out my spell casting book and started my attack. I rose my right hand in the air and announced my announced the skill name, "Meteor missile!"
Suddenly, a meteor came out of the sky and smashed the enemy. However, I did not expect that my attack would kill the enemy in an instant.
As the meteor smashed the bear enemy, the guts and blood splattered all over us.
"What on earth?" I thought to my self.
