Chapter 11 - Chapter 10

"So... when do we go on these missions?" I asked Zuzu. "We do not simply start them, they start themselves." He stated simply. Well I don't want to just sit here if I only have a month to decide! "Well you will if you are to learn the ways of a thing called patience. You know something you ignorant humans don't use very often. Hmph... Always running out into action without taking the time to make a plan."

"Well sometimes we don't have time to spare for a stupid plan that hardly ever works! And maybe you could also have some patience to let me say things before you go prying through my brain like some weird magical thing!" With a quick death glare in my direction he disappeared out of sight. The chills ran up my spine as he left because how often do you see someone basically evaporate into thin air? Just then I heard a knock at the door and my mom came walking in. "Hey... I heard some yelling and I thought I'd come check up on you to see how you were doing."

"Other than just figuring out that you're part werewolf and the world you thought you knew suddenly changes into some magical fairy land, I'd say I'm fine but my conscience would say other wise." She pulled me into her arms with a hug. "I hope he's not giving too hard of a time. I know, when I was little he kept on badgering me, and I ended up just giving up on the Nevertheland and all of its components just out of pure annoyance. This is one of those things in life where if you want the good outcome, you have to fight for it. Literally and metaphorically. There will be many challenges along this journey, so please don't be as naive as I was and run away from it. This might be a good change for you, you never know." She said as she walked towards the door about to close the door, my mouth erupted, "Thanks Mom! That was really soothing and I'll try my best not let some little old grouch get the best of me." She closed the door with a smile on her face that was full of pride. Oh shoot! As I lay on the bed about to shut my eyes as a thought occurred to me, I had forgot to brainstorm how to break the news to Jackie and Amber! Welp, I guess I'm in for a long night after all.
