Lillith hugs Curly to her. Lillith feels the same way as Curly, but she was used to the negative emotions, she had often had to deal with her abusive older sister, death in her family, and scarring illnesses. Her luck was no better than Curly's. She had felt so hopeless long ago. She had lost sight of the light in her life and was contemplating suicide. Then she had made a friend, he never judged her. He always treated her with respect. 6 years ago she had met John, and he had become Lillith's Sanctuary. He never failed to make her feel safe. She honestly smiled around him, her laughter was always true.
Lillith was unsure if she'd even survive the next few years without the guidance of John. At one point her life had gotten so hard for her to see the light she had turned to John and told him to take over. She didn't care how she just wanted the situation she was in to change. John had stepped up. Getting her out of her house, where her parents were quarreling, and her siblings were abrasive, and he got her a few jobs related to his own. He filed insurances part-time for his adopted family's medical practice. She was able to clean the lobby. She was able to help him with the paperwork from time to time, and this got her out of her head and focused on work. This gave her time to let her wounds inside heal, but also, swiftly made her dependant of John's guidance more and more, and eventually, John played more of a fatherly role in her life texting her reminders, even reminders that it was time for bed, and what not to help her get through the day.
Lillith eventually ended up crying as well when they finally reached the "HQ". The only ones who didn't feel like this was a bittersweet night were Beast and Alexandrea.
