On the way to take Luo Ziling back to school, Lin Lan remained silent throughout the journey.
Luo Ziling tried to speak with her a few times, but upon seeing her indifferent expression and focus on driving, he ultimately chose to hold his tongue.
After driving into the school, the car stopped again in that secluded spot.

"If you keep treating me so coldly, even if you come to pick me up, I won't go," Luo Ziling said, slightly annoyed, before opening the car door and stepping out. When he did, he closed the car door with a heavy thud.
Watching Luo Ziling's departing figure, Lin Lan couldn't help but zone out, her gaze a bit bewildered.
By the time Luo Ziling returned to school, it was already four in the afternoon.
Feeling quite sleepy, he saw that the other three guys from his dormitory hadn't returned from military training, so he lay down on his bed to take a nap.
