'Anyway I still need to actually work so that the boss will praise me later!' Remembering the mounds of information she had to organize Tang Fei felt an incoming headache. Aiya , how did a simple case of software pirating invoke so much drama!
Shaking her head she reluctantly got out of bed. 'Anyway I should call Secretary Wen to determine how severe boss wants the suit to be.' Gliding towards her white desk she promptly sat down, and began to boot up her laptop. Waiting for the laptop to turn on Tang Fei uncomfortably shifted in her chair. It felt quite uncomfortable for some reason. Maybe she should replace it?
Standing up to look at the chair Tang Fei quickly wished she had just continued to sit down.
...A blue condom box looked up at her innocently, but the content that it contained was not the same. Feeling her eye begin to incessantly twitch Tang Fei looked at the almost crushed note that Nan Peiyao had attached to the box.
'Always remember protection is important Feifei. This should be useful the next time Mr.Leng comes over. ~(^ . ^)~'
The box and letter were soon quickly grabbed and flung away by Tang Fei. Seething with rage Tang Fei inwardly cursed her friend. 'Who needs your protection, what next time! It'd be easier to believe that Leng Youyuan would kill her if he came over again rather that he would... ahem. Anyway Nan Peiyao you better pray to your ancestors, that I your father* won't kill you!'
(Little Box- what did I do to deserve this treatment? (ಥ﹏ಥ) )
After controlling her breathing, and placing the pitiful box in a drawer, Tang Fei looked toward her laptop, and finally began to work.
While she was organizing the current evidence into the case argument Tang Fei suddenly felt the entire case was strange. For someone to go through so much trouble, even attempting to plant a mole inside such a large company, only to cause a case of software pirating. No matter how much damage it can cause it still dint quite make sense. Tang Fei pondered on this until it felt like her brain had turned to mush before finally leaving the issue.
Her job was just to create an argument for the charges placed against the people involved. Any further ideas that big fish may have would be an entirely different case. Of course she would still notify the boss if she figured something out, she wouldn't be so heartless as to let her beloved be harmed, but currently she shouldn't spend too much time on the issue.
Dialing Secretary Wen's number she sighed. For a simple lawyer like her liking the boss was really troublesome...but she would continue to do it.
