Chapter 53 - IDK

Far, far away, a place hidden from the world, there lies a tropical island stranded in the ocean. On that island, there is nothing special to see except the vegetation, the animals, sand, etc. But it only appears like that the surface. Beneath the island, there is something else. Something interesting, exciting, and fascinating.

Underground there is a facility. A highly advanced facility at least 10 years ahead of its time. In that facility, there are many rooms, one which is especially significant. In that room, there are many computers along with a team of experts who were busy analyzing a specimen in great detail.

Having his every move recorded, they played and replayed it individually on every screen. They observed it and wrote down their observations. They completed their reports and neatly compiled it to look presentable.

'Alexander Dean, test subject number: 55,

Successor number: 1

No. of days after procedure: 164

Max estimated speed: 65 kmph

Max estimated lift strength: 6050 N

Max estimated punching force: 2435 N

Estimated Intelligent quotient: 160+

Estimated Healing rate: 985 times faster than the average human.'

Dr. Watson proudly read the report, presenting it to his Master. The Master was silently listening, watching one of the more enormous screens. The group of experts patiently waited behind him in the hope of getting acknowledgment from the Master.

'What do you think, Master? Splendid if I may say.'

Watson eagerly awaited the answer, hoping to get praised by his beloved Master for his life-long work. The Master took a sip of red wine from the glass beside his graceful chair on which he rested.

'What do I think? In the least, I think your estimations are extremely precise.'

The team felt relieved, and a wave of joy came over them, but Watson doubted this was approval.

'However….'

Having spent the most time with his Master, someone who can take control of a room just by breathing in it, he knew that the wave of joy would be destroyed in mere moments.

These numbers are absolutely ridiculous. He's growing at a languorous pace.'

Watson was heart-broken. Having his life work being called ridiculous dealt a heavy blow to his heart, but the admiration he had for his Master canceled it out.

'Speed it up.'

'As you wish, Master.'

Like a loyal servant, he bowed his head, and as soon as he received his order, he quickly left to obey it. As the world sleeps soundly at night, the ones who are going to change it are busy working.

A grandiose plan has been set into motion.
