Killua walks around slowly in a circle, the old man watches. I can feel Killua somewhat tense, what's he going to do? Suddenly, I start to see after-images of him, walking. He circles Mr. Raccoon.
Gon: "I see a lot of Killuas!"
He charges, trying to take the ball from Mr. Raccoon. He misses, he tries again some more. He even tried kicking it away from him but, Killua was always a few inches too far away. Mr. Raccoon starts doing random stances while dodging him. Not once has Killua gotten close enough to reach the ball. Killua stops and looks back at him.
"What? That's it?"
Mr. Raccoon places the ball on his face, trying to mimic a seal-stance. Killua seems mad by that. He charges, feet first. He glides to the man and kicks him on his knee. Did I hear a metal sound?
Esther: "Ouch, that has got to hurt. Is Killua fine?"
Gon: "Don't you mean Mr.Netero?"
Esther: "No. Didn't you hear that metal sound? I doubt Killua could have did that. And also, Mr. Raccoon-I mean Mr. Netero looks fine to me."
Gon: "Oh."
Killua: "OW!"
Killua pranced around while holding his leg, yeap, Mr.Raccoon seems fine to me.
Gon: "Killua, tap-in tag-in!"
Killua hops on one leg and high fives Gon. I walk near him and pull out an ice pad from my sleeve.
Esther: "Here, this should lessen the pain somewhat."
Killua: "Thanks."
Esther: "…not going to ask how much I can stuff in here again?"
Killua: "Well, it's not like you'll give me a proper answer."
Esther: "You're sure right!"
More tired, how many was that today? 7? Yes, I think it's 7. My muscles feel more heavy, but I can still act as if I'm fine. I can see Gon stretching, he better not do anything stupid. We're not outside, we're in an airship! He charges forward, a quick first-step indeed. He jumps up and…hits his head…
Gon: "OW!"
Killua: "Idiot! We know that you can jump really high! Control your strength! For a moment, the old man relaxed his guard."
Gon gets up and starts walking, they continue for much more longer. After a long time, Killua is tagged in again. They throw their shirts onto the ground. I look up at the time and it's 12:10. Killua keeps trying to get the ball while Gon takes a break. Mr. Raccoon throws the ball, making Killua slam his head onto his head. The ball comes back to the old man.
"You boys aren't getting anywhere. Why not attack simultaneously?"
Killua: "Why you!"
Gon: "Ok, I'll get you this time!"
Gon charges, Mr.Racoon slams his head onto the floor. I laugh.
Esther: "Oh man, Gon, you alright?"
They both now try to take the ball, so far, no good. The old man is too agile, not even breaking a sweat. They keep trying to take the ball, slamming their head onto each other. Gon seems to have came up with an idea. He charges to Mr. Raccoon. As Mr. Raccoon backs up, Gon kicks off his shoe, hitting him. Killua goes behind him, kicking Mr. Raccoon forward. He drops the ball. This is their chance!
Killua lunges to the ball, Mr. Raccoon kicks it away. Gon kicks the ball by flinging his shoe so that Mr. Raccoon doesn't get it either. All are charging. Gon and Killua almost reach it. Then, I hear the sound of wood being crushed. Mr. Raccoon charges forward, leaving an imprint on the floor. He takes the ball, making both Killua and Gon flung back. Killua seems angry. They fall onto the ground.
"I commend your efforts."
Gon: "You're amazing, Mr. Netero! Really amazing!"
Killua: "Forget it… I give up. I lose."
Gon: "Why? We still have time. And just now, we came really close."
Killua: "Geez, you really have no clue. The old man has barely used his right hand and left leg."
Gon: "What?!"
Killua: "We're powerless against him… we could chase him around for a year, and never take the ball from him."
"Oh, you figured it out? And here I thought I'd fooled you."
Killua: "You really know how to piss me off old man! Let's go."
