I tossed the shield which now no longer glowed.
"Keeping everything aside, I think I should leave the dungeon for the time being... After all, I have indirectly beaten the dungeon boss..."
"Come on... All I did was think....."
Upset with this cheat tier system, I sighed, and walked towards the metal gate which was now open once again.
After the tedious battle, I had lost my left arm and my rib cage was now broken, yet, instead of being worried about survival, I was busy thinking which of my two swords I could make use of.
I put my hand across my chin while standing in front of my two fallen swords, thinking about the matter while constantly iterating the word, "Hmmm...." each time I came up with a vivid idea.
And then, after 22 'Hmmm....'s I wondered if I could stick one of my swords in between my bones. After all, I was an undead skeleton.
And so, following my foolish experimental thoughts, I was now sticking a sword in myself.
"Ahh!! No wait! It's not like it sounds, I was just trying to fit a sword between my rib cage."
In the end of course, none of my experiments were successful because the swords were too big to fit anywhere in my body.
"Argh! What's wrong with me today! For once, can't I successfully enjoy the words that I use?"
"Keeping that aside though, can I still use my detached hand?"
I looked back at the hand that lied on the ground and tried my best to move it.
While making weird groaning noises I yelled to my left hand, "Move dammit! Move!"
But unfortunately, my left hand was unwilling to listen. After realising that I could no longer rely on my broken hand, I sighed, "I guess I'll leave with a sword and a shield for now..."
I picked the strap of the shield which was lying on the ground and wore it like a backpack. Now with the shield strapped behind me, I looked at the two swords one final time, to decide which one was worthy to roam with me.
I squinted my eye sockets as I looked at the two swords, until I finally decided to pick the one which was more useful than the other. I picked the one and only poison inducing sword, Poise. While Skele was extremely useful as a melee weapon, Poise was much easier to handle.
And as far as this dungeon goes, the only being I wouldn't be able to challenge, would be my pet dungeon boss.
I picked up Poise in my right hand and sighed one last time in this dungeon, "I guess it's time."
Now with my weapon in my hand, my shield behind me, and my pet BDSM following me, I walked towards the exit.
A few hours passed, and I saw no creature in the dungeon. Merrily walking, I made the one mistake I shouldn't have. I let my guard down.
In the spur of the moment, a spider which went by unnoticed, leapt from the ceiling to grab a bite of me. As soon as I caught its sight in midair, I yelled, "Bloody hell!" while lifting the rapier in the air and closing my eyes.
However, before the green spider with black long legs could reach close enough, BDSM chomped on the 8 legged creature.
In one bite, the spider lost half of its blood, as it covered the walls of the dungeon, and partially, my face.
BDSM gulped down the rest of the spider while I looked at it's body astonished, "Where did the spider's body go?"
Magically, the spider's body disappeared after BDSM ate it.
"Ah right. There's magic in this world. Why the heck am I logically thinking about it."
I shook my head and concentrated on the other thing that surprised me, "Wait... how can I see colours...?"
And then finally, I realised, I had made it to the exit of the dungeon as I looked at the long trees, once again.
