Xiu Ying went to her bathroom and freshen up, afterwards went onto the bed with her phone to check any wechat messages
*new message from Wang Fang*
-Wang Fang:
'Sister Ying! Do you want to hangout today?'
Xiu Ying was typing a response while remembering how this fellow got her wechat in the first place
-flashback-
After the meeting, Wang Fang was pestering Xiu Ying to trade wechat messages, at first Xiu Ying didn't say anything and continued doing some work before going to get changed for the dinner but after 5 minutes of continues pestering, she finally gave in to Fang and they switched wechat ids
Fang after being satisfied and added Xiu Ying as a friend to which Xiu Ying was forced *cough* added back Fang as her friend, Fang finally left
After Fang left, Xiu Ying went into her secret room to get ready to go to the dinner
-end of flashback-
-Xiu Ying:
'Sorry, I need to pick up Grandpa and Grandma, maybe next time during the holidays'
-Wang Fang:
'Oh ok! I will ask again then during the holidays'
Xiu Ying closed the wechat app and went back to her office when her phone rang indicating a message from Yan saying, 'the food is here.'
Xiu Ying just replied back with an "ok" and went to her office door opening it to see Yan preparing to knock on the door.
Many may not know, but Yan and Xiu Ying were friends though not very close, were still friends from college so Yan has some privileges compared to other secretaries Xiu Ying has.
Xiu Ying and Yan both went to the area with the sofas and coffee table and started eating in peace and quiet.
After 15 minutes, both were done eating their lunch which was a korean cuisine from a korean bbq place.
After cleaning the coffee table and throwing the trash away, Yan went back to her office which was right outside of Xiu Ying's office while Xiu Ying went back to her desk to start working on some more documents that needed her signature.

Yang was working on documents until lunch time and when it was time for lunch, Assistant Wu Min-Jun knocked on Yang's door indicating lunch has arrived which was from the usual place they order from 'Quanjade' as Xiu Ying loves eating there.
Min-Jun silently went away after leaving the lunch at the coffee table and after two minutes of silence with the exception of papers being flipped creating light noises, Yang stood up and walked to the coffee table where a single chair was and started eating silently and finished within 15 minutes and then went back to work
After another 30 minutes, he received a phone call on his private phone indicating a call from a man named 'Qin Mingyu'
At first, he wasn't going to pick up the call but then although the man is more lively and carefree, he can be serious as well
Right before the phone stopped ringing, he picked up the call
"Wang Yangggggg why did you take so long to pick up my call?" Mingyu whined like a girl although he is already 27 years old
"I will end the call" Yang threatened
"Wait! Wait! Don't end the call!" Mingyu was scared he would actually end the call before he gets to say what he wants to say to Yang
"Shoot" Yang said becoming more chill as Mingyu is a close friend is his small group of friends
"Ok so you know how you got your subordinate to ask me for information about that old man?" Mingyu asked
"Mhm" Yang hummed, waiting to hear what he had to say. Although Mingyu is carefree, he has a PI (private investigator) agency and personally he has even more connections that Yang as Yang's is nationwide with some other countries in Asia while Mingyu's is world wide
"Ok, so that old man really is slick, he removes most of his tracks so you can't find anything but through my connections, I've heard rumors that one, he has a wife, son and a mistress but it is unknown whether that is true or not and two, the old man is teaming up with Moon Corps CEO although for what reason is unsure" Mingyu reported to Yang
"Moon Corps CEO?" Yang raised his eyebrow as the CEO is very mysterious and hasn't show his face although Moon Corps is a international jewelry and clothes brand that has topped the fashion and jewelry industry very suddenly, but it has been rumored the CEO has mafia connections but it has not been confirmed as only the higher ups of Moon Corps have even seen his face
"Yes, it's been 86% confirmed he is a relative of a Yakuza leader from Tokyo, Japan" Mingyu replied
Yang hummed while thinking what the old man was up too
"But why do you want to know about that old man?" Mingyu asked purely curious
"He was the cause of my past and present pain…" Yang said gritting his teeth
"Oh" Mingyu said in a sadden voice as he felt bad for bringing up Yang's open wounds
"Hm it's fine, thank you for the info Mingyu" Yang said
"No problem Yang! Anyways I will hang up now, I have to do some more PI work for the other 2 *mumbles* sheesh I am a CEO of a PI's company yet i'm turning into a regular PI for these 3" Mingyu said then mumbled
"I heard that" Yang said
"I mean hehe what are friends for?" Mingyu said laughing nervously getting caught
"Hmm" Yang hummed
"Anyways bye Yang" Mingyu said and quickly hung up
'Sheesh, such a scary devil that friend of is' Mingyu thought
Yang just put away his phone, devising a plan to ruin the old man once and for all
- somewhere in an underground place, Yakuza, Japan -
A young man in his late twenties was sitting in a chair at the cafeteria of the Tokyo Yakuza underground place smoking near the window while thinking
'Should I get Xiao Ying's childhood friend whom she played with when she was younger when visiting Japan? *sigh* I am sorry Xiao Ying, but I am loyal to him so I will have to hurt you in the process but I won't let you get killed, not when you saved me from drowning in the past…' the young man thought
After a couple minutes of smoking, he went and dialed a number and spoke, "Riku, want a chance to meet Xiao Ying again?"
The man named Riku, froze and thought her heard wrong and said,
"I think I heard you wrong, did you say Xiao Ying?"
