I woke up the next day and turned on some music. I jumped out of bed when I heard one of my favorite songs as a child firework. It gave me hope sometimes. I danced around the room for a while until a maid walked In and started at me in bewilderment.
I stopped and looked from her to the radio and back and forth over and over again as the song still played. I smiled and turned and pressed the off button. Then smiled again. The maid said"I just going to act like that never happened. She walked over to my dresser and looked out my outfit and handed it to me.
"Thank you" I said . I went behind the curtain and started to change while I the miss made my bed. I walked out and she tied my dress up in the back then started on my hair. "You know you don't have to do this" I said" I do my hair every day the same way because it is tradition and it is the easiest style I could get away with so".
The maid said" yes I understand but I hope you would agree that putting the sash in your hair neatly everyday is hard". I said " after a while it got easy". With that the maid said" well I will be going now I'm needed elsewhere ". I waved by then sat down on my bed and tired the radio back on and turned up the volume. And started to dance again.
Eventually I made my way downstairs it was my last day here sadly. I said " father what is on today's agenda". My dad said" it was Cates idea to spends our last day together doing something fun so were going to the beach ". I said" really I remember mom used to take me there all the time and I would collect shells I think I still have some of them". After breakfast I got changed into my swimming suit I was glad I decided to bring. Then rushed downstairs and into the thrown room were everyone gathered. When we all arrived we all walked to the beach and got situated. Some kids ran up to us and asked me to come help them build there sand castle. I said" sure see you mom and dad and cate".
The boy yanked my hand to his castle that him and his friend was building. I said "so what so what do you want me to do". the boy said"Will you get us some water". I said"on it". Then we started to shape the castle. I said" I'll be back". I stood up and walked around and found some shells some I decided to keep for myself and some I donated to the boys for there amazing castle. When we were done I said" but and went back to my family. They were in the water so I joined them. I sneaked up on Cate and shocked her Then went under the water but she saw me and flinged me into next week. I was thrown so high and I curled into a ball and fell into the water...splash I drenched everyone. We all had a blast and were all ready for some relaxing when we got back. For my dad he had to get back to work he is my dad but he also is the father to everyone living on Camille island and the nabor islands.
