"Lunch is my favorite class," Helen said, finishing up her lunch.
"Uh, you know lunch is not a class, right?" Lucifer laughed.
"Yeah, yeah, I know," Helen sighed.
"And why is it your favorite," Lucella asked.
"Well, I get to hang out with all of you, I know some of us have classes together, but I like it better when all of us are together," Helen laughed, then threw her tray away.
"I agree, do you Lucy?" Lucella laughed.
"Of course, what about you two?" Lucifer laughed and looked at Katamari.
"What kind of friends would we be if we didn't like being together?" Katarmi laughed.
"Well said," Amya laughed. Then looked over at the table next to them, with Chelsea, her sister Ashley and Felicia, the most popular bratty girls of this school Ella too.
"Amya, what is it?" Lucifer asked.
"I- I," Amya looked back in confusion.
"You ok?" Katarmi asked in concern.
"Yeah, I had just had this weird feeling like I should listen to what they talk about, like their gonna say something important, I- I don't know why," Amya looked back over.
"What would..." Helen tried to ask.
"Oh my god, oh my god, guess what," Felicia said after looking down at her phone.
"What is it," Ashley asked.
"Well Ella just texted me and told me that two new kids were coming," Felicia said excitedly. "They'll be starting tomorrow and they're from Britain."
"Oh my god, I've heard British guys are hot and the girls are pretty," Chelsea shrieked.
"We'll be more popular if we get them into our group," Ashley looked at Felicia.
"You'll just have to work your hot girl magic," Chelsea laughed.
"I'll surely try," Felicia laughed.
"Uh, this is what you're sense wanted you to hear?" Lucifer asked, annoyed.
"I guess," Amya sighed.
"You better not ditch us," Lucella laughed.
"Oh please, ditch you guys, how..." Amya then pressed her hands against her chest and bent forward.
"Amya," Helen shouted. Everyone then looked in their direction.
"Amya," Lucella cried.
"Do you want us to take you to the nurse?" Lucifer asked.
"Sure," Amya said, her pale, soft pained voice seemed to shake the cafeteria.
"Alright come on," Lucella helped Amya up.
"Thanks guys," Amya said as they walked out of the cafeteria.
"It's no problem," Katarmi said softly.
"It's what friends are for," Helen sighed.
"I just wish that there was a cure for this," Lucifer sighed. "It sucks they can't diagnose this, I hate seeing you in pain."
"I- I know Lucy," Amya forced out.
"But why did it have to be you," Lucella cried. "You're so sweet and innocent, you'd never hurt anyone or anything on purpose, you're such an angel, you don't deserve this."
"Thanks," Amya sighed painfully as they walked into the nurses office.
"Again?" the nurse said and ran over in concern and helped Amya sit on the bed. "She's lucky to have you guys as friends."
"No," Lucifer sighed. "We're all lucky to have each other as friends."
"That's so sweet," the nurse exclaimed. "And since you guys come in so often you can call me Melanie, my first name."
"Really, you sure?" Lucella asked.
"Yeah, if I'm gonna see you every other day I'd like you to call me Melanie," Melanie replied. "Whatever you're comfortable with."
"Thanks, I kinda think it's weird calling you Mrs. Merchan when we see each other so often," Lucella laughed.
"Where's Lachlan?" Helen asked.
"He said he stayed in his last class to finish up his class work," Katarmi replied.
"Oh ok," Helen laughed.
"Amya," Lachlan cried running in, then went and hugged her. "I'm sorry guys, I had to get caught up, I didn't write quickly like usual."
"It's ok," Lucella laughed.
"You know we all love you," Lucifer sighed, walking over and then hugged Amya.
"I know guys," Amya sighed.
"Group hug," Lucella looked at Katamari.
"Yeah, why not," Amya laughed painfully.
Lucella, Helen and Katarmi then went to hug Amya. "You guys are really good friends," Melanie smiled.
"What are friends who don't like each other," Lachlan laughed. They all then stepped back from Amya.
"But, we're more than friends, we're best friends that love each other," Lucifer added.
"You're right," Katarmi smiled. The bell then rang. "Do you want us to stay?"
"No, you guys can go to class," Amya sighed. "You know I'll be fine."
"You sure, because I'll stay," Lucella suggested. "It normally lasts fifteen minutes and it's been ten minutes so there's just five."
"Sure, thanks Lucella," Amya smiled as Lucella sat down next to her and the others said bye and went to their classes. Later after the school bell rang Amya put in her headphones and got on her bus. When she got home and walked through the door she paused the music.
"So you faked that your chest hurt again," Mallory yelled as Emily walked past.
"No, I..." Amya tried to explain.
"I don't care, go to your room," Mallory interrupted. "You only do it for attention." Amya then slowly walked to her room and locked her door, then she turned her music back on and started writing about what happened that day and how she felt in her diary notebook, with tears in her eyes.
