Jasmine Yale heard that Ann Nolan was injured and went to the hospital from downtown by car.
Seeing Ann, she finally breathed a sigh of relief.
Fortunately, it was nothing serious, just a common sprain.
"Jasmine, I can't go to the beach with you, I'm sorry," said Ann.
"It's okay, you just take care of your injury. But you can't drive for the next few days. What will you do about going to work?" Jasmine sat on the sofa, keeping her company with conversation.
"I'll have to ask the Santos Mansion's driver to give me a lift," sighed Ann. "It's like trouble is raining down from the sky. With my luck today, I might as well go buy a lottery ticket."
"I'll take you home later. Does it still hurt?"
"It doesn't hurt anymore, but I can't move. And I don't know how the accident is being handled; I'm afraid I won't have peace for the next few days."
