Chapter Four
"Ostara, you escaped splendidly from me in Norway," Orpheus spoke leaning against the tree trunk as he looked at Ostara with his eyes glowing with a strong intent to kill.
"Runaway? I did not run from you, King of Darkness. I just wanted to visit some old friends in this beautiful country. Would you like a cup of tea?" Ostara spoke by drinking a cup of tea while looking at Orpheus with a soft smile on her red lips.
Ostara was wearing a very beautiful dress of many colors, together with a flower hat on top of her blond hair, gave her a gentle and warm aura.
Not far from Orpheus and Ostara, a handsome man with black hair and bright green eyes, he looked at them both with a big smile on his lips. Slowly from the man, a green aura came out of his body and turned into pure transparent air and entered the bodies of Orpheus and Ostara without them even knowing it.
"No thanks, but you have to take responsibility for your actions against Norway," Orpheus spoke to Ostara jumping off the branch as he landed on the ground with his tiptoes, he looked directly at Ostara with his purple eyes glowing abnormally.
"Orpheus... watch your words. I have not broken, the treaty of Ragnarok, established by the humans and gods." Hearing Orpheus' words, the gentle smile on Ostara's lips was replaced by a serious face, and she spoke in an extremely cold voice to Orpheus, who only looked indifferently at her.
"Didn't it break? So what's that hot weather all over Norway? Fuck! The ice is melting and flooding the cities, the icy water is taking the lives of thousands of people, while the mountains are melting taking the homes of tens of thousands of people." Orpheus spoke furiously to Ostara as he unleashed the power of a king.
Slowly in the sky, a black throne materialized in the sky bringing darkness to all of New York City and over the head of Orpheus. A black crown appeared floating a few inches from his head.
With the emergence of the black crown, the entire central park was taken over by the dark fog, while thousands of red eyes stared at the defenseless animals of Ostara with uncontrollable hunger.
"Orpheus! Don't give me your fucking hypocrisy, you decimated an entire city in the fight against Osiris, the God of Judgment! A million innocent lives have been taken, so don't give me your fucking sermon." Ostara spoke to Orpheus rising from the ground while her face showed strong anger, she then released the powers of a god.
In a few seconds, the whole forest seemed alive and thousands of trees become gigantic wooden spears, all pointing directly at Orpheus.
Orpheus clearly would not stand still in the face of this attack, so he began to mobilize all his darkness, and concentrated it all on one point, creating a small black hole one centimeter in diameter above his hand.
The moment the little black hole of a centimeter appeared, it seemed to suck everything around it, be it light, air, earth.
"Ostara, You look beautiful when you're angry."
Suddenly when the fight was about to happen, an old voice was heard in the middle of the central park. Orpheus and Ostara looked at the old man wearing a brown overcoat, showing a friendly smile on his wrinkled face.
When the old man appeared, the white clouds in the sky turned black as thunder sounded in the sky, announcing the arrival of the god-king of Nordic mythology. On the old man's shoulder, two crows looked at Ostara and Orpheus with interest, they recognized the King of Darkness and the Goddess of Love and Spring.
"healing"
With the old man's words, the anger in their hearts seemed to go away. In the sky, with Orpheus' calm, the black throne slowly crumbled while the trees returned to normal.
Suddenly Orpheus and Ostara looked in the same direction and saw a man with bright green eyes looking at them with a big smile full of fun on his lips.
"Loki You bastard! How dare you manipulate my emotions." Ostara soon recognized the god of lies and cheating and shouted furiously at him. Everything that had life around Ostara began to die as if life had been taken from plants.
Ostara had never felt so humiliated, she was one of the most powerful goddesses in the world, but she loved peace and tranquility above all, so she rarely intervened in the struggles of gods and humans, but today above all, Loki really made her angry.
She almost started a war against one of the strongest Kings of humanity because of the jokes of this Ancient god who thinks he is funny, but he is nothing but a clown without grace.
"Calm Ostara... we don't want another incident like 1400." The old man spoke to Ostara with a friendly smile on his face as he looked at her seriously.
"Easy? Odin! How can I stay calm with this Son of a bitch, manipulating myself to fight one of the strongest kings of humanity? If I fought him, I could fall into a deep sleep for a long time and you want me to stay calm!" Ostara spoke to Odin practically blowing smoke out of her head of such anger that, she was feeling it.
Listening to Ostara, Odin has already felt a great storm coming, he has already begun to plan to curse Loki when he has some free time.
Ostara and easy to live with, but when she gets angry and terrifying. The black plague is proof of Ostara's rage. Twenty-five million deaths just because humans destroyed one of her most important temples.
"Ostara, my dear, don't be angry, look even Orpheus is calm in the corner del..." Odin spoke kissing Ostara's hand as he looked at her with a gentle smile, but his face changed, because the King of Darkness was not in the place he should have been.
Odin tried to find the figure of Orpheus, but only captured a blur running at frightening speeds. Knowing he could not see Orpheus by normal means. Odin mobilized divine energy through all parts of his body and ran directly breaking the sound barrier.
When Odin was about to touch Orpheus, a small, delicate white handheld Odin's arm and prevented him from touching Orpheus by millimeters.
Odin looked at the hand holding his arm and saw Ostara looking coldly at him and he could only sigh in defeat.
Loki who was still enjoying the chaos he had made himself, suddenly felt a sharp pain in his heart and looked down to see a black sword thrust into his heart.
Orpheus looked into Loki's sore face and smiled coldly as he thrust his sword deeper into Loki's heart, causing even more pain to the God of mischief.
But the smile on Orpheus' face disappeared, along with Loki's body that had disappeared. Orpheus still saw the sarcastic smile on Loki's lips as he disappeared.
